Bought my daughter what looked like a cute m&m good quality denim jacket. It arrived in the mail yesterday and I was absolutely shocked. It is poor quality, the printing is fuzzy and doesn't look anything like the picture. They are selling the jacket for $124.90! I wouldn't buy it for $5! Will not be buying from this website ever again.

Their clothing is from Amazon, so they are just selling it further for much more money. If you want to save money, just go on Amazon and find the clothes on their

Listen to the reviews. This place is a scam. I bought 5 things from here. Only 4 came and they were all the wrong size and awful quality. I spent over $115 and when i asked for a refund they offered either a $27 voucher or i get sent the right sizes but pay a $37 fee. After weeks of going back and fourth because they only respond once every two days they offered a $33 refund and i keep the items. I argued back and forth but they would not give any more. I sent multiple emails after regarding the shirt that never came after they ignored it in the previous ones. Once again they said it had been canceled and i can have a $27 dollar voucher, not even the full price of the shirt which was $30. I told them i don’t want their vouchers, that i did not want to waste more money. They ended up ignoring my last email and only refunded $20.42 for the shirt that they canceled the order on. Rude if you ask me. Regardless i am actively trying to resell them and make my money back. Bottom line is to NEVER buy from here.

I can only echo what other reviewers have said. The only reasonable recourse to shabby products and expensive useless returns is to donate the items and write it off. Don’t spend your money here! Chances are really good you’ll be sorry you did!

My shirt came with a misprint. The word "it" was spelled "ic" one time and "ie" another time on the shirt. I contacted the company asking for a replacement. They told me that I would have to pay for return shipping (to China) and they would refund my money after receiving the shirt back. They never once acknowledged that this return was because of a defective product, even after 2 emails.

Don’t buy here!!! Brought a black silk dress it’s gross. My white dress never came but instead got the most disgusting bright pink dress I would of worn when I was 2. Waste of my hard earnt money especially in the times of lockdown. Really disappointed. Don’t ever buy here

The reviews are totally fake!! On Pinterest I was scrolling for clothes that I might potentially get, I always kept in mind to not trust sketchy websites to buy from then I came across Relieffe. I checked it out few times for some sweatshirt tops but I was highly suspicious of what other things they were selling. They were selling a jacket that a celebrity was wearing and all of the reviews were all positive. I looked on the other products and all positive reviews too. They're smart because they make some reviews look real. "a little tight but still happy with my purchase" Or something along those lines. It's funny because the majority of the time they don't even try and hide that it's a fake review. Please be careful I would NOT trust this website.

Don't do it. My daughter ordered a top from here before reading these reviews. She tried to cancel within half an hour of ordering and it wouldn't let her, there's a 'cancel' option but it said it had already been sent. It also said that cancelling would incur a 'restocking' charge. We did receive something within a few days but it was completely the wrong item - it's awful and nothing like what she ordered. As there's no shipping label I will have to pay postage to China to return it and am very doubtful I will get a refund let alone the shipping be refunded.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! This is a scam, we ordered 4 items in Nov, only 2 arrived. This is March and still haven't received the missing items. "Michelle" emailed me saying they don't have the item in stock, she asked me to be patient. Now she is not replying my emails anymore.
BAD quality, nothing like in the pictures. PLEASE BE AWARE that you are NOT going to receive what you think, bad experience and a waste of money!!! Be careful, they are tricky!

Products are cheaply made and of poor quality, It took two months to get here !!!!!

My first experience was perfect THE CLOTHES I ORDERED ARE NOT GOOD I placed an order on 1/18/2021 for a few dresses & a blouse from them but after several weeks they sent 3 dresses which I have not ordered. On top of I was a size 14 but the wrongly sent dresses to me were at most size 10 The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. We had a good laugh it was so hideous but I stopped laughing when they refuse to back their product I was trying to send the PRODUCT back I went on social media and got this HELP four zero seven seven6eight 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘻𝘦𝘳𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 I REACH OUT THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND NICE THEY PROVIDE ME THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MY MONEY WAS DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT IN TIME THAN FINALLY, I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE DRESS TO THE COMPANY hit or miss" quality products I would definitely suggest trying them instead.

Such a bad experience. half of my order still hasn’t come and that was around a month and a half ago. The stuff that did come did not look like the photo or description at all. The clothes are bad and delivery was horrible.

Good afternoon the jacket still came, I took it today. The jacket is just awful and doesn't match the description or photos ... Give me back the money on the card. Send me the address where I can return this horror! ..

Buyer beware. This company looks to rip off it's customers. I placed an order with what looked like an English company. The website pictures are very deceiving and make the clothes look good. I received the order which was shipped from California. The quality of the sweatshirts I ordered was terrible. When I asked to return the items they tried to get me to keep the order by giving me a voucher. When I said no after several emails back and forth I was told I had to ship the merchandise back to China within 30 days even though the merchandise came from California. To make matters worse they double shipped me and charged my credit card twice and then told me that I had to pay for the entire order back. My credit card company advised me I was only responsible to ship back to the location it came from which I did. They accepted the duplicate order and returned the original order after they had rummaged through the bag so it was torn and the merchandise was exposed. Trust me this Chinese company is terrible to deal with and everything is very misleading. Do not order from them. Their customer service is beyond terrible. Also beware they operate under several names and all of the reviews complain about the same issues.

i would prefer it if I coud give this webside zero or negative stars. i orderd a package of clothing from this webside, and the email they send my was kinda funny, but I didn't realise at this moment that it was a trap.
The webside is irresponsible and unprofessional!
Please do me a favor and order nothing of this brand, it is a waste of time and money.

I have tried contacting them as I checked my order today and it still hasn't been packaged. I ordered in December last year very disappointed.

I do wish I'd seen these reviews before. I saw a friend with a top on that she got from relieffe. She told me the shipping was forever but the top/sweatshirt was nice. I ordered it and a few other items. It took about 4 weeks to get to the USA. The 3 womens tops I got were okay. I also ordered 3 Mens tops, XXL. They were VERY small! I sent an email and thought I'd have to return the shirts to get a refund. Nope. I was given 2 options: Buy the shirt AGAIN, at a 40% discount (how is that a good deal?), or take a $9 credit towards a future purchase. I'm pretty sure anyone would take the $9 credit, assuming most won't use it. And the shirts I ordered came to about $25.00. It's not as if I was unhappy with the entire order, and that's a good thing, because I'd be stuck with $80 worth of useless clothing. I figured I could gift the shirts to someone who wears a Mens Medium, but with the pandemic lockdown, money has been tight and I really needed the shirts. I wouldn't order from this website again. Just not worth the hassle.
