This review is for Blanca by reliquia. Terrible customer service I’ve ever had. How a brand is getting popular can’t invest in a good system/team of customer service. After 5-6 emails I got finally an answer to return pants they packed a wrong size. Unbelievable, I would never buy again a product in Blanca.

Terrible quality - don’t waste your money. I bought the spiral gold hoop round earnings. I opened the box for the first time to try try them on. They snapped within minutes. Shocking quality and felt so cheapy.
I have bought at the cheap shop they have lasted longer and better quality for $20

I have ordered many pieces from Reliquia since moving back to Australia in 2020. I adore the vintage inspired items and I have always received them on time and in excellent condition.

They are beautifully made and have retained their high quality finish. I'm really happy with all of my purchases and the customer service received. Kathy

"Gold Fill 18k" worn away after 1 month.
Saddest birthday gift ever. Did my research on Gold Fill vs Gold Plate and this necklace is Gold plated advertised as Gold Fill. They know it. Just found all these reviews but when I contacted Reliquia the response was "Thats not the feedback we uSuAlLy get" Don't bother reaching out to me because a don't want a replacement (because all your jewellery is the same cheap quality) and I wont get a refund because I didn't make the purchase it was a gift and I font want to upset the gift buyer with all this drama. This is a matter of false advertising which is a crime that carries a 10 million dollar fine. Bye-Bye reliquia!

Terrible company. After saving pocket money for weeks, my daughter was very excited to purchase a gift which has still not arrived. We have tried every possible means of contacting this company, social media, customer service email and even their pop up store in Westfield Bondi Junction but the number is disconnected. Westfield went as far as to say that this seems to be quite typical of Reliquia and they are often fielding calls from disappointed customers who are not able to get in touch with them. As a last resort I have contacted Laura who has left her email on Trust Pilot for other disgruntled customers, but as yet, nothing.
Steer clear at all costs, the company is an abomination!

I bought the Discus Earrings from Reliquia a few years ago. These are great, and have lasted me a few years.

I purchased a pair of the May Hoops about a year ago that were unfortunately nowhere near the same quality. One earring had some sort of green rock stuck in it (maybe from the cast/mold?) and the other had a very loose fastening and eventually fell out. They were also very tarnished within a few months.

I've contacted their customer service team a few times and either get a generic copy-paste answer that isn't relevant to my query, or no response at all.

Terrible quality - dont waste your money. I bought gold earrings which tarnished/turned black - they replaced them and the same thing happened again to second pair. No answer now from Reliquia to get a refund… save your money

Was really excited to receive my new necklace and spent quite a bit on it. However, after a few wears the gold had all rubbed off- clearly uses really cheap materials and not worth the money

Amazing quality and customer service! I buy all of my jewellery from Reliquia and have bought pieces as gifts for my family and friends who also loves their pieces.

I ordered the Emilia Huggies for a friend's birthday a few weeks ago and I was really worried that they wouldn't arrive on time so I contacted the girls at HQ and they were so helpful and were able to track down the parcel for me! Thank you!

So I bought the Herman necklace..😝wore not twice amd the pearl went dull..wore it with no perfume makeup etc..tried to polish it up and then the pearl broke off ri necklace yay

Bought the little hoop earrings with zirconias and the zirconia diamond fell off...

Worst quality. Tarnishes, latches break, gold over is so bad they shouldn’t be allowed to call it that. I recently found most of the stuff they sell on cheap Asian sites like Aliexpress and SHEIN also Alibaba. How you guys can charge what you charge is crazy! It’s sad people like us that don’t know better are so duped. Thinking it’s a nice piece of jewellery. I will never purchase from you again and I’ll make sure people I know don’t either. People will Catch on Eventually. I would start being a little less greedy with what you charge and a little more honest about how you source and buy your pieces.

I purchased the Fallon earrings, and the Prima Hoops in Feb 2021. I don't wear these every day, I store them in the box, and never wear them in the shower/pool nor expose them to any chemicals/skin care products etc etc (I treat them with the utmost respect). I have never had problems with any jewellery before. These are sold as Gold Fill, which by the definition is meant to be a much thicker layer of Gold which is layered over the base metal, and is meant to have much more longevity than gold plating. Well it's just been 6 months, and I noticed today that my earrings look more silver than gold in parts. Very disappointed and feel like I have wasted my money. This experience has taught me not to trust even Gold Fill, and only to buy from a reputable 'Jeweller' and not a fashion store.

I bought the Halley necklace by Reliquia off the Iconic. After a handful of wears it has become unwearable. Never wore in shower or wet weather. The product description says it is '18k gold filled' however it started to discolour after only a few wears. I also bought the 'gold filled' Boyfriend bracelet and it also has discoloured after a short period. After reading about 'gold filled' products which are meant to last longer than vermeil or gold plated if treated with care, it doesn;t seem as if the items are properly gold filled.

I ordered a shirt from Blanca Studio (which I love and can't wait to wear) which seemed to be lost by DHL. When I reached out to customer service, Lauren was kind and responsive and sent a new one immediately, no questions asked.

I got one of Reliquia's star sign necklaces for Christmas from my partner and unfortunately, the chain snapped after a couple of months. I emailed them with a photo of the chain and they responded so quickly and sent a new chain straight to my house! So impressed with their friendly customer service :)

Not to mention their jewellery is beautiful and such good quality.

Awful quality and so disappointed. My partner bought me 2 necklaces for Xmas because I’ve loved this brand for so long and had my eye on the Felicia and evil eye necklace. Within FIVE wears, the evil eye necklace had started to change colour. (Yes I remove all my jewellery before I shower, go to the gym and go in water- so it’s just bad quality). What a waste of money. I contacted reliquia on my email with receipts and received no response, then my partner did the same and no response. Now I have two necklaces, one ruined and another that would be ruined too if I decided to wear it. Would not recommend this brand and their bad customer service.

My friends recently purchased the star sign necklace for my birthday a month ago and have only worn it a maximum of four times before it broke and this was clearly not due to wear and tear or not caring for it correctly, it was just poor quality/faulty. I had emailed them about this issue providing receipts and photos and received no response. I then messaged tried to contact them on Instagram with same thing and again no response. It is disappointing considering the quality of this necklace as well as the lack of communication.

Definitely not gold filled. The coat of my earrings came out in 3 months, now they look like cheap plastic.
