WARNING SCAM! Unauthorized charges and zero customer support!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They entice you with a 50% discount promotion (6 months free), but as soon as the period ends, they automatically charge your card for a full-price annual renewal WITHOUT ANY WARNING OR REMINDER EMAIL.
When you realize you've been charged and immediately contact their customer service for a refund, they refuse it, hiding behind their rigid automated policies. This is an absolute scam. They are stealing money directly from customers' cards without explicit consent for the full-price renewal.
They refuse to offer any transparency or fair resolution. Total thieves. I am filing a formal dispute and chargeback with my bank immediately. Stay away from Relive.cc!
