What a wonderful company. Made moving house a far less stressful event . Friendly staff and great service. The men were very respectful to my belongings and property. Good price too . Would most definitely recommend.

Great team no issues recommended

Moving is very stressful especially if you are doing it on your own for your elderly dad, but Grant and his team were very friendly and told me not to stress or worry about anything. They looked after my dad as he has mobility problems and left his chair til last to go on the lorry.
Packed everything up with care and unpacked everything and built beds back up for us and plumbed washing machine in.
From booking our slot with Bill to the end was an excellent service.
Would definitely recommend relocate removals and would definitely use them in the future!!

Really good - we used Relocate at really short notice (we found the move was happening on Monday and Wednesday we were in). Couldn't fault the eexperience from start to end. Lovely crew!

From the moment Guy came round, I felt at ease and knew that we were going to use Relocate Removals.
Arranged with Bill and provisionally booked, as I was waiting on solicitors, but that wasn’t a problem.
Exchanged on the Tuesday and confirmed the move for Thursday.
Bill and his team were excellent from start to finish, the guys worked hard and were careful and listened and asked where we wanted belongings moved to.
Can’t fault’s these guys and would highly recommend if your planning a move in the future.

One man arrived the day before and packed most of the stuff, very polite and professional. On the day three men arrived at 0830 and were very professional and polite, they stripped the king size bed with a tv in it and packed everything with protection and padding would highly recommended the company and have asked for the same team when we move into our new house

Guy come and gave us a quote, which was the best out of 5 companies. The guys arrived promptly loaded lorry and Luton in quick time. Was a bit disappointed that some items had to be left behind due going over weight on vehicles. Had to collect items a few weeks later.

From the initial quote they were super professional and friendly.
The admin was easy and the lady that helped us could answer all of the silly questions we had.
On the day, the team of removers arrived early and had everything packed up in the van in the blink of an eye! The team of 5 were incredibly friendly and fun to interact with and could not fault them in any way!
They had to wait around for us to receive the keys with no fuss. Once we had the keys, everything was out and loaded in to the new house so quickly but carefully!

They were absolutely incredible and took away all of the stress of moving! Would absolutely use them again if needed!

Very friendly service, arrived on time, van was loaded quickly and unloaded after we had the keys for the new property.

A very complex move from Kent to Cornwall, house and annexe to move but the guys were easy to get along with and the move went well

The team were lovely, efficient and friendly. The weather was very wet and miserable and Grant and his team were very mindful of covering the furniture to protect it. There was a delay in collecting the keys so we ended up moving in late in the day, yet they were patient and careful. Grant even set out the furniture in the living room so we could at least relax and put our feet up once they’ve gone!

Relocate were excellent in handling my short notice move. They arranged to move my belongings into storage over the weekend and deliver them a few days later.

On both days, the teams were hard working, polite and careful with all our items.

Their Ts+ Cs, especially around waiting times, are very favourable and their quote was competitive. Guy, who undertook a survey to establish our moving needs, was reassuring and very knowledgeable.

I would use Relocate again and would recommend them to anyone moving.

4 lovely young men worked extremely hard and cleared our house in no time at all, then met us at new property and put everything where I wanted it even when I asked them
To move sofa twice

Driving through Greenwich this morning i was cut up quite badly by one of their vans. Driver was aggressive and a bully. Based on this public representation I would not use this company.

What amazing team we had , so organised by Grant the main man , the team where very efficient quick and got the loading and unloading done in 2 vans
The youngest member was so helpful and very professional

What I liked about the experience

- Hard working and friendly removal team
- Communication and updates
- Job was completed on the day

What I disliked about the experience

- Unloading felt very rushed
- Charged an additional £1400 due to 20 minute late delivery of keys at property (in line with their T&Cs)
- Damaged items (Nothing sentimental/expensive, so was fine with that)
- 1 item lost, but discovered after the 7 day period so did not raise directly (In line with T&Cs)
- 1 removal member smelt of alcohol during unloading, (Not during loading earlier in the day)
- Part of the process is to sign that goods had been loaded/unloaded, I was only presented with a simple signature page on both occasions, I could not see any related information to what I was signing for.
- Lorry inspection at completion of unloading, was unable to see one of the lorries internal contents as the internal light was broken - Hard to check if any items remained (It was October and dark). We also had three vehicles of which only two had been presented for completion of unloading checks.

All in all, I think you will have a good moving experience but please be aware of these negative points to ensure you avoid this during what is a very important and stressful day in your life.

From the sales presentation to the delivery of the final item the service was excellent.
Everyone I interacted with was professional and very friendly.
Nothing was "too much trouble" and every care was taken with all the items.
Highly recommend this company.
