Finally replaced the stock brick

Finally replaced the stock brick. This seat for the Triumph Scrambler 1200 is a huge upgrade, especially if you actually spend hours in the saddle. Super comfy, looks quality, and clicked right into place.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE: no phone number on website, communication is abysmally bad, and orders do not come from the US. I ordered a $400 seat about a month ago, they told me it had shipped, and it has not. "Remi" will not answer your questions, just takes your money and ghosts you. This is scam company and should be reported as such. I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering since others have had the same experience. Fortunately, I can dispute the charge and get my money back. DO NOT order anything from this awful place.

This review is factually incorrect and misleading.
The order amount was $319, not $400.
This was the customer’s second order with us the first one was delivered successfully without any issue, which is why the customer chose to order again.
The second order was a custom-made product, which requires production time before shipping. This was explained before and during the order process.
The parcel was shipped and delivered with full tracking:
Tracking number: 9235990374019702413462
Delivered: December 24
This review was posted while the shipment was still in international transit and before delivery had occurred. At that time, USPS still showed “label created,” which is normal for inbound international parcels and does not mean the item was not shipped.
The customer has now received the product and did not come back to correct or remove the review after delivery.
Accusations of “scam,” “non-delivery,” or “ghosting” are therefore false and do not reflect what actually happened.

Great Customer Service

Is ordered a custom seat for a project I'm working on and it came out great. Remi was very quick to respond despite the time difference and had an immense amount of patience with me. The finished product came out better than expected and fit like a glove despite my ignorance on some necessary specifics.

Overall a great experience and I will be ordering from them again.

Customer service attitude is a problem

Customer service attitude is a problem. Made a mistake with auto fill on my order. Caught the problem and made the changes on their web site. They had already sent the items to the wrong address. I'm in the US. contacted then with an inquiry about the shipping. Received links for me to hunt down my own package. From the links was notified items returned to sender. Had to put a stop on my CC charge to get any real cooperation. Resolved CC dispute. Had them paid. Requested a installation guide. Refused until I sent them some info THEY could of requested. No biggie. Lot's of comments to my bike here in the states. I ride a bunch of organized rides. When people compliment my bike. I send them to REM competitors. Economic sanctions to cure bad service is my method. True colors came out when customer service was requested. Stay away for sanity sake. Their installation guides for my scrambler are incorrect anyway. Probably did me a favor not sending it. Left a few savory comments to express my feelings. Hope I can do everything I can to discourage anybody from using this establishment. 400 mile round trip to recover my delivery. Keep up the bad work.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we’d like to clarify a few key points for transparency:

You placed your order with an incorrect shipping address, due to autofill, as you mentioned.

You later updated the address on your customer account, but not on the order itself, which was already being processed and shipped.

The parcel was sent to the exact address provided at checkout which cannot be changed once it’s in transit.

We promptly sent you real-time tracking links, which showed that the parcel was delivered to pickup point.

Your order included shipping protection (via SEEL), which you selected during checkout. This service allows for a fast refund or reshipment in such situations. You chose not to use it.

Instead, you filed a credit card dispute, which froze the process on our side and added more delay. We still worked through it until resolution.

Ultimately, you recovered the package yourself, as you said, with a 400-mile round trip.

Regarding the installation guide: we only requested a photo of the setup to confirm the correct part before sending you the right instructions, a standard procedure we follow to avoid sending incorrect guides.

We’re sorry your frustration turned into hostility, but we remain committed to respectful and transparent support, as reflected in the vast majority of our reviews.

We wish you many great rides ahead and remain open to dialogue if you choose to reach out in a more constructive way.

Better then you know who!

I've been doing a lot of homework on ordering parts around the world, for my vintage bike. These people did the best anywhere. Went out of their way to make sure I was treated well and didn't treat me like an idiot. Eat your heart out Amazon and Ebay, you could learn a lot from theses people. We bought a product (needs transport to Belgium) paid the whole thing, expired delivery dates and the only response was that it will cost more to deliver than the product itself, after payment? Why? Why wouldn't you cover that cost within the price of the product? This company truly will fail if it keeps on doing these mistakes, there is no excuse for that

Chinese stuff, but worth the money if you can figure things out.

I ordered a gas tank for my bike. Everything went smoothly and the product looked like what was in the pictures.
Unfortunately the tank needs some work to make it usable. The paint is stripping off, so it won't withstand any contact with gasoline (non-issue if you gonna paint it or order it raw). Too bad some of the paint is inside the filler neck and petcock joint. Bad paint inside petcock joint made mine leak. Gas cap doensn't have an o-ring, so gas spills out when riding. There's also no air hole in the cap, so you cannot close it all the way. Petcock, hoses and filter that came with it are also poor quality.

If you can work on this stuff, go for it. It's still worth the money.
