Everyone says it’s good but what they don’t know is Remo goes threw all your personal info a thousand times a day I only had mines up 2 days now and have experience all my personal info been hacked and change and Remo was no help but ask me did I give someone my password I live by myself who is it to give to if you don’t want you personal info unsafe Remo is not a security system I would advice any one!

Called tech support line. ringing... ringing... no answer- saying they are busy and to send an Email.
Send an Email. 4 days after- NO REPLY or acknowledgement. After I called back again they asked me to send an email for a call appointment, one of the agent told me we have a spot tomorrow from 4pm to 5pm I told him no problem I will be waiting for your call, the day after no call I did the same after 5 times calling they didn't call me back they didn't care, very poor customer service, the quality of the doorbell remo plus S is very poor and if something happen you will contact them and at the end you will give up and ended up by return it and if your purchase the item after one year just throw it in the garbage they will not assist you with nothing.

PC Magazine must have had an OFF day, when they rated this product. Everything went fine until I tried to connect doorbell to the internet. You cannot get a live person and the web site is busy and can't help. I left a message, but nobody has emailed or called. It might work well, but I may never know!!

If I could give a negative star I would. Just a waste of time and money. Doesn't stay connected, then has to be reset. The app never works. Keeps saying password is wrong when it's saved on my Password registration. I've never received a password rest once. 100% pure junk. Will be filing a claim with the BBB and a SC100 in court. Your products are fraudulent.

Remo plus, answer your phone, you cannot get covid by phone contact. I need help with last step to get my doorbell to work. all installed just one step I need help with.

Poor costumer service. Had many problems with the device. Would never buy a remo again.

I think the idea of an over the door camera is a very innovative and timely idea; with that said, let me just point out that while I was very excited to receive my unit and begin using it, it's performance is somewhat lackluster. To be more specific, it seems to take a number of seconds upon initial activation before it's focus and clarity are stabilized; which could prove to be detrimental to the user in a potentially compromising situation. I may have some suggestions for some future improvements; if it turns out that you are interested, I would certainly welcome your inquiries. I would also like to point out that it would be an honor and a privilege to assist in any future product testing to fine tune and make ultimately better your timely and innovative product. great product, when I had issues company was very responsive and helpful.

I purchased the Remo-bell to augment my security system, I could already see inside my home, and realized that seeing outside my front door was also a good idea. The Remo-bell was easy to install both on my I-phone and on the door. The hardest part of the installation was screwing in the tiny screw on the unit.
I was a little disappointed in that I thought that the cam on the unit could be accessed at any time, without prompting from the sensors, or an actual door ring. Apparently, the only time you can have a real time view is when the unit is activated on the other end. At that point you can see and hear in real time. It would be fair to let buyers know of this up front to avoid misunderstandings. Otherwise your product works as well as can be expected, it does what was advertised it would do, it alerts you when someone is at your door. Thanks.

I would give it 5 stars if there were more adjustments we could make online and in app. It is also slow to start video. I really like the chime that is available now. It really helps. I have 2 of these doorbells now.

Should be told that you need the the chime to hear the doorbell ring in the house. Other then that it seems to be working great.

i've had to contact remo+ several times over the course of the last few months. i've had great customer service from them. everyone i've dealt with was super professional. I just wish i could get my doorcam to work the way it used to.

This will sound counterintuitive but it's too sensitive. My remo picks up every car that passes by the front of my house but won't pick up an approaching person until they are already on my porch. As a result I get dozens and dozens of false alerts every day and night. I have tried to adjust the sensitivity every way the online instructions recommend and it's still a problem. The image and clarity, even the night images are excellent however.

Perhaps, due to the design of our front entrance, the camera misses most motions unless the approaching person is moving very slowly. There is only about a distance of 8' between the front door and the entry walkway, thereby either missing the motion or observing the person's as they are leaving.
