Two remotes and $100 later... Nothing!
I was assured the remote specified would work with my CD player but it didn't. They sent another one that also did not work. I tried everything that customer service suggested to get it to work. Nothing did. I've now spent over $100 between the cost of the original unit, shipping and paying entrance duties twice. During business hours, I have been waiting 45 minutes for live chat to respond. They are ignoring me.

High quality for money
I bought an original LG remote control with more manual operation than the magic remote that came with the TV.
It was very satisfactory and in many ways easier to operate than the magic remote. The price was very attractive and the delivery was fast and careful. I can therefore recommend this company with thanks for the good service.

Your assistance is much appreciated especially when the Bell Fibe TV technical support did nothing to help.
When our first Bell remote stopped working, we purchased another one from Bell. It was used but in a working condition.
When the second remote died, the Bell technical service was not able to solve the problem - "your broken remote controller, your problem" was the answer.
When we contacted VAT they helped us very fast. We received a new remote which works very well, looks great and was manufactured by VAT Remote Control World... and comes with 2 year warranty.
If your old remote gives you a headache, just contact VAT. Satisfaction guaranteed!
