Very Satisfied Customer

I needed a replacement remote for my Panasonic TV. It was easy to find what I wanted on the RCS website - and, unlike other places I had looked it was the exact model made by the original manufacturer.
I placed my order at 11am on Friday - it was delivered at 10:40 on Saturday morning - less than 24 hours.

In ignorance I ordered the wrong remote for my Bush tv
Contacted the supplier and received the most excellent customer service.
Within a few minutes the correct remote was identified and I received in an excellent turn around time

This is the second purchase I have made from the Remote Controls Shop and on each occasion I was well satisfied with the service.
This business is very professional and would definitely be my first choice for any future purchases of remote controls.
