I had such a positive experience with this removal company. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Umar, Raziq and Imran worked quickly and efficiently, and their communication throughout was excellent. I really appreciated that they pointed out any existing marks or damage on items before packing, which showed how careful and professional they were. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and the service was worth every penny. Moving can be stressful, but thanks to them, it felt easy and well-organised. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy removal company.

I had a move this weekend with lots of furniture and many other items. All went well with the move itself and the guys took great care and wrapped the items. I really appreciated this. The only issue was with my sliding doors wardrobe that they did not know how to assemble after they dismantled it. A lot of paid time was lost with this and they tried, and their manager came again next day without an extra charge and tried again. Eventually the wardrobe’s doors are still not working properly and instead of admitting they can’t do it, they told me that it is too old or I broke it, when it was working perfectly two days ago. I have to pay someone else now to repair the wardrobe and of course I requested a reimbursement of the cost for this repair, but I doubt I will receive any. I was offered a third repair, but I refused as it is clear they can’t do it.

Ash and his colleague helped my mum move home. They were immensely considerate and careful (even in their driving!).
They are expert packers and were very reasonably priced.
I’m grateful that we found them and I would have no hesitation recommending them, and using them again.

Shazz and his team arrived promptly, were polite, friendly and extremely hardworking. We should have taken Shazz’s advice and booked the packing service as when they arrived we still hadn’t packed everything, nor did we have enough boxes. They went above and beyond, working tirelessly and helped make an extremely stressful situation much easier and for that I am eternally thankful.

Excellent service from Shazz and his team. They moved the contents of our two bed flat from south London to Sheffield in a day. They arrived bang on time, everything was packed perfectly and they worked quickly and efficiently. I have no idea how they managed to get it all in one van! They then put all our big furniture (mainly IKEA) back together in Sheffield and it all feels as sturdy as it did new. It was a long day, but the team did everything with a smile throughout. Great company, did my move from London to Scotland quickly and in the same day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout everything as well. Would recommend to anyone!!

I initially had someone else lined up as it was recommended by a peer. However, RemovalEX beat their prices and the customer service with Shazz was top notch. Also, I saw that the reviews generally were very positive so I went with this company.
I do not regret it. They arrived ready to work, with a clean and very large jumbo van. They did their very best to accommodate for all my crap and overloaded the vehicle to the top. Their tetris skills were remarkable.
I moved from Richmond to Eastbourne and everything went smoothly. They worked quickly but with care for everything. I only found a very small scuff in one chest of drawer, but it can be hidden easily. Its a house move, something can always happen.
Would work with them again for sure.

They offered half the price compared to other competitors. Shazz sent two men to move my belongings, and they did an excellent job. They carefully wrapped the sofa, mattresses, and other furniture. Nothing was damaged! I only asked them to handle the moving; packing, dismantling, and assembly were done by me.

I would highly recommend Removalex. Shazz's customer service was excellent. Ali and Sef, who did the move on the day, did a great job. And all for a reasonable price.

Communication before move was excellent and on the day of the move everything went smoothly. I can say that they exceeded my expectations and were speedy with it.

Shazz and the team were great. We hired them to pack and move us, and they arrranged for the packing to be done the day before and arrived with all the materials needed and packed (a lot!) of stuff carefully but quickly. This meant loading the van and then the move and unloading went smoothly the next day. They put everything in the rooms requested in the new place.

The team were lovely and professional. All at a great price having receieved a number of quotes. We couldn't fault them. I would very much recommend removalex for any move.
