Cheat. I took my truck Renault Master last year and told them to give the truck a full check-up. They told me that checked it all and it was fine, also they changed the motor oil and filter, which was a clear. Later, I took the truck to vehicle specialist and told me that little oil was added and nothing else was done. Bad Service.

Car broken after 2 weeks of ownership i bought it as the central console fail the all infotainment wasn't working with flashing amber lights on the 8th of June 2020 and the car then broke 2 days after this time the AC Compressor failed they repaired it on the second week. Then they attempted another repair no parts in stock so no AC compressor as there is none available. After the last repair damage to the wing and front bumper panels with gaps in between and on top of it the all paintwork is ruined as it is sprayed with paint that was used nearby. I hate the day when i enter Renault and also my Case Manager dealing with the complaint is ignoring me no support from no one from the head office in UK Renault shouldn't really sell cars and services as no one deserves such a treatment. Do yourself a favor never buy a Renault!! Ever!!
There is a person from the service i deal with and i feel sorry for him as he needs to answer for the all mess this Renault company does and he seems like a nice guy but what he can do in such a company! My car is less then two months now and less then 1000 miles but completely messed up!!

I am an italian customer. I have bought in 2015 a new Scenic with the R-Link Navigator System. My personal page on the italian website has never worked properly and I have never been able to update system nor maps. After long time of suffering i have made an inquiry to the customer service in Italy. Long story short: first I have chatted with a person that opened a ticket that was handled by a customer assistant via phone. This person told me that the problema was to be solved in France. Then silence for months. After months she called me telling me that everything was fixed. than I went on the system and bought a map update for 149 € that, guess what, was impossible to be downloaded on my SD card. Then I chatted again with an unpolite operator that siply opened a ticket one more time....I paid and got no service! I also could not use the free update for the first months as the system has never worked. I had to pay a fine because the maps did not show a restricted area and still I am waiting almostt 3 years by the purchase of the car. Renault for the last time in my life!
