Terrible service over the phone

Terrible service over the phone. Not bothered to give me answers and quotes on my questions instead rushes to end the call as soon as possible without providing any useful information. Wouldn't buy Renault from NL. I expect an apology email.

They like to sell cars, but without further maintenance

I bought the second Renault in a row two years ago - new Arkana hybrid. After a collision I need to replace left doors and I'm already waiting for 3 months and they still don't give any estimations when the doors can be delivered to my repairer! One specialist said it's because of Covid (what? o_0), another is because of the War in Ukraine. They continue to produce and deliver new cars, but don't care about existing clients. I'll never buy Renault cars again in future!

Janssen Kerren Renault - simply an horrible experience!

My Renault Master needed some attention and I brought it to Janssen kerren in Maastricht I was treated impolitely and unprofessionally by the staff from the front desk. I was introduced to the manager so I told him about it, so he made promises that I would at least receive pictures of the damage of my car, that unfortunately never arrived. In all this I had to pay 150 euros just to take a look at the demage that I never authorised. Simply a awful experience!
