Exceptional Craftsmanship and Aftercare from Rencraft
We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Rencraft. From the initial design through to installation, finishing and aftercare, the quality of the workmanship and the care shown by everyone involved were exceptional. The finished kitchen looks beautiful, feels comfortable to use, and has been completed to an extremely high standard.
Andrew, our main designer, deserves particular praise. He listened carefully to what we wanted, guided us through the many choices and details, and remained approachable and involved throughout the whole project. His design ideas, product knowledge and eye for detail were invaluable, and he worked hard to coordinate the different stages and keep us updated. When the inevitable minor issues arose, Andrew took ownership, communicated honestly and made sure they were followed through to a satisfactory conclusion.
The wider team and subcontractors were equally impressive. Sam carried out the fitting with great skill and commitment, including returning promptly to complete adjustments and finishing touches. Peter and Sonny did an excellent job with the painting and finishing, producing a superb result.
What stands out most is Rencraft’s commitment to quality and aftercare. Even after the main installation was complete, the team continued to respond quickly and made sure the final details were right. We now have a beautifully designed, expertly-made kitchen which we genuinely love. Thank you to Andrew and everyone involved for their hard work, patience and craftsmanship. We would recommend Rencraft without hesitation.
