I paid for a monthly subscription and I decided not to continue. Next month they order new payment and my bank paid. They don't have a finishing suscription method available in the website, so it's not possible to end it.
So I closed the card and delete the payment method, but every week they tried to order a new payment.
I contact them via chat to solve it but they didn't do anything.

Don't trust them
Do not trust them. I wanted to try the software and thought I had purchased a monthly subscription. Later, I realized I had bought an annual subscription. Believing it was a mistake, I reported this to their customer service. They refused to switch the subscription to monthly, even though they knew it was an error. Do not buy from them!
