This co suggested we renew our energy with Emirati energy (Rainman Collateral) which we did. Three months later after 4 payments totalling £3k plus, Rainman terminate our contract saying we have continued supply with another supplier who I have no idea who they are, and I don't yet know the extent of how much we have been scammed, but we could get disconnected if we don't pay!!! Don't touch this company!! I will update when I know more when I find out more next week.

Just tried to call this company and the call got rejected. Renewco is the trading name for Rainman Collateral Ltd.

According to companies house they had a winding order "This company has received a HM Courts Winding Up Petition" - Name of Practitioner
"SEFE Energy Limited" this was formerly Gazprom.

If you are unfortunate to have worked with this company you have likely been misold a contract.

Charming until you sign up, then become ghosts.

Avoid! Really very pushy to get you best deal, things change when you sign up and after they have their commission. We signed up through them, then the new gas supplier (EMIRATI) cancelled the deal a month into a 24-month contract, Renew Co as the brokers, shared no communication, don't return any phone calls, emails, chat options, online forms - nothing, not a whisper. Dodgy, poor poor service. Suppose they have their commission so don't care anymore.

AVOID!

AVOID!

Luke Hobson was BEYOND USELESS. Left us without any supplier and refused to acknowledge any emails with me repeatedly chasing him asking as to what was going on. SCAMMERS. AVOID.

Quoted us for electricity supply

Quoted us for electricity supply, as we are low usage business quoted us 35p Kwh, great!, sent a contract through for 2 years, turns out after signing its a Take or Pay contract, this means that we have to pay for 16,000 units a year whether we use them or not, this was never explained in the verbal quotation process, just another scam company working with there other company Emerati, don't try to ring them the phones don't ring anymore, keep away and contact trading standards and Ofgem

Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish. Steve Boston at Tritility undoubtedly has the requisite knowledge of the industry & market. He explained everything clearly at each stage, making the process simple & easy to understand, & we made a significant saving on our annual electricity expenditure. Would highly recommend.

Stealth Metering Charges Beware!!!

We signed a gas and electricity contract with this company and was disgusted to find a £50 metering charge added to our bill! This was neither discussed nor explained and is nothing more than a stealth charge implemented to steal more money at a time of high rates!
No resolution just a smart well you signed it so tough!! Very poor complaint response

Unethical Business

Started receiving SPAM on an e-mail that was in a batch of STOLEN DATA - Therefore this company has purchased STOLEN DATA as a marketing list - Make you own mind up from that.....

Stay well away from them they are a boiler room

please do not touch this company they are a boiler room. The authorities should look at them and close them down. Ofgem need to be vigilant when it comes to these type of companies they are vile. They call you out of the blue and then con you! If you do sign up you will lose your government energy support. You ask for an LOA and they send you a contract which when signed you don't know what you have signed up to! Karma will get these people in the end!

Fabulous service

I reached out to renewco as my electricity Contract was coming to an end for my fish shop, I told them the rates I am on at the moment and the ones I've been quoted.

They were wonderful and managed to get me cheaper rates then any supplier I reached out to.

Amazing service and have recommended them to my friends
