Reneza is truly a cheaper alternative to most over agencies; for once I don't feel like all the agency wants to do with me is make money when letting! Its cheap, it works, and you just have to pay for the services you require!

One thing I really hate about agents and typical agencies are all the documents and contracts. Reneza is using eversign, which lets you sign all the documents online. Organised agents, keeps track of properties really well. Sometimes you have to email or call them twice to get a reply.

As first time landlords, we were ready to use a high street agent and we believed that we might be better off. Thanks to our neighbours, who are using online services, we decided to try online letting agent too. We haven t had any experiences with high street agents, but I think the price made a big difference when choosing Reneza and we are really happy about our decision. The team is user-friendly because when we needed help on weekends or even on holidays, there has been someone at the end of the phone to talk to us and answer our questions. However, as I know not just landlords are happy about their service, the low tenant fees was a real plus for them. Guys at Reneza really know the business. Was sceptical at first because I receive a lot of offers to manage my property portfolio. However, I managed to save money and time by using Reneza. The only thing they need to improve is the optimization of the tasks as sometimes you can expect delays. Overall good service and great price. The platform is also handy when tracking the status.

This was the first time I had used Reneza to find a tenant. I had about twenty inquiries in two days and the flat was taken in 24 hours of the advert being launched. They need to improve their website because I had difficulties with uploading my property. All in all, its worth the money.
