Good day please I need help I was trying to open my renmoney account am unable to enter my email is writing invalid fields provide Please help me out

Planning to take a loan from Renmoney, but with the reviews here I don’t think I want to go further

Am a perfect gentle lady for myself
No stress
I trust God help will come

They activated my bank account with an outstanding loan of #10,000 money I didn’t receive after providing my bank details bvn etc most of their workers are fraudsters.

Their customer service is rubbish.
Their Automation is an error.
Every single repayment is a struggle.
Complete disaster!

Renmoney are fronting for fraud, run for your dear life and little money.

So my experience goes like this with them. I requested for loan, which they APPROVED!! They asked for my mobile banking details which I gave them for direct debit repayments. Upon waiting for 24hrs, I sent them a mail that what the problem could be after submitting all necessary documents and cresting the wallet account to activate the so called account. They are now saying I’m not qualified.

No professional would ever do this. My BVN, NIN, mobile banking details with them *screamed* if anything happens to my small money or my account is been used as transit for fraud, on God I will sue them.

this is my second time of receiving funds from Renmoney... the first time was much faster and easier than the second all u need is patience nothing more... if i was not patience enough i would be among those giving bad complaints about the institution... I tried several lending platforms online downloaded my apps yet nothing to show for it.. Renmoney is legit...

Those people are corny, I don't advice anyone to get a loan except such person is stupid, imagine asking for a loan and I was told am only entitled for ₦150,000 n dats not all, but the interest rate is beyond day time robbery, how can one get back an interest of ₦265,000as a payback, this is the reason Islamic banking is far better than this so called financial institutions,I believe d people handling this especially the representative are mean divorced and single mothers who are passing out their frustration to anyone

This company have no sense of service delivery and excellence.

I opened the savings account a while ago with no issue and was able to pay savings and view on the portal up until two months ago when it stopped working. I emailed the account manager a lady by the name of Anuoluwapo Rotibi who assured me my money was intact and they had a technical glitch. I emailed and phone called a week ago no response and her phone is off and I can't get into the system.

I won't advice any rational thinking person to invest in a so-called digital platform that produces no reports on your investment, no working platform and worst of all no channel to make inquiries but for an automated replay service that doesn't respond to IVR prompts to put you through.

Huge waste of time and money..

Well, that one star actually means TERRIBLE AND CHILDISH.

I visited the site to apply for a loan and in order to fill my details, it only gave the option to navigate upwards or downwards to indicate your age and income. The age input wasn't that bad but imagine how long it took for me to put in my income that's in tens of thousands!!!

And after finally getting it in, it refreshes. i just simply stopped. I try to find out why it was set that way through reviews and after reading all i read, i'm really grateful it didn't work out. so many schemes trying to defraud people.

I wish there was a no star option, that is the best to describe the type of horrible service that this company dishes out to her customers. I have been a customer for over 14 Months and everything was going fine but just before the corona pandemic, i had financial crisis which then was worsened by the shutdown of the nation. Through out the lock-down i keep getting calls from different agents with various threats as if threats will yield money, i tried severally to know if those agents were calling from another planet other than earth, cos i believed everyone on earth knows what is going on has the world is almost completely shut down, they told they are on earth and infact in Lagos, to me that shows the level of wickedness of a company whose only interest is how to recoup their money not even taking into consideration the payment history of the customer. Its extremely sad that at a time every corporate organization is looking for ways to impact the people by means of preaching hope, all that matters to Renmoney is their money. Let me emphasize here that threats doesnt bring about money,compassion does. I will be unfair if i do not single out a particular lady who was exceptionally different " Ester" she spoke well and kept on encouraging me that things will get better and yes its getting better and i have since began paying, by God's grace i will soon finish my repayment and i will warn even the worst of my enemy not to near anything that starts with REN......Its been hell of an experience. I will nominate RENMONEY for an award for the company with the most heartless set of customer care team, i am confident that you will surely have no rival for the award.

They only collect your personal information cunningly and sell it to the highest bidder. .be careful

ren nmoney seems to be gathering account details of people and i dint know what the futuristic exposure of such in the wrong hands can cause..they are not ready for their claim and are putting a lot of people depending on them in trouble..they cant offer you any loan..they are story tellers. they should be reported to consumer rights protection agency..im sure there is no customer informaton policy guide as it is..bar in mi nd they have our bvn and with that alone, your accounts are as porous as anything..fake fake fake!!!

Hello my name is Mrs folakem, I filled out all of my information and on the final stage to get approved they went numb, waiting for the so called code up till now to finalize my activation and still haven't heard anything, I just hope these guys aren't fraudsters because I have given all of my information to them

Renmoney what is the need of collecting one's details knowing fully that u can lend money to some out side Lagos that means u don't have what it takes as financial institute

I want to loan money but based on the bad review I have read am scared
