David guided me through the flooring selection process, making it seamless. The LVT floor they installed in my new kitchen extension exceeded my expectations. AVOID AT COST..terrible company ruin my flooring agreed to replace however David didn't turn up after numerous times (this was the 4th time he was sopose come) he then proceeds to block me the morning he was sopose to fix the damaged he caused to the flooring I had just paid £800 pounds for you have left me with the damaged flooring you caused David.. marks rips all over creedin has broken all under stones from it coming through making it very sharp to walk on making this unsafe I have rugs on my flooring to cover the damage you have caused... why did you block me David you are so unprofessional and I don't see how your company can thrive with such terrible customer care your communication from day one has been terrible one of the worse men/company I've have ever known cowboys at there finest avoid avoid avoid... to top it all you openly say like you are proud you hire alcoholics and I should watch my stuff around my house.... I cant say it enough avoid this man and company

From the moment we commenced any works for this customer I knew that I was going to have a 1 star review, we’re tasked in painting a full 4-bedroom house in white, with 3 children + pets in the house and not a single thing moved or items put away had to ask several times for things to be moved. Ornaments and pictures on ever window cill, food and dirty pots in the kitchen when we was suppose to be painting and I had not priced for any doors to be painted and the customer knew this and instructed the lads on site to start painting doors and then complained that the ply wood doors weren’t painted good enough.
She had my painters going around touching up paint we had done the previous day that had been damaged or touched by someone in the house.
I was accused of ripping her off and was told via WhatsApp message that I was taking advantage of her as an honest person I couldn’t put up with the accusations anymore. I even lent her my personal dehumidifier from my house so she didn’t have to buy one for £200 to dry the floor in the entrance due to a leaking stop tap. I also took an old treadmill and a few other bits of rubbish for the customer for free to help out.
In regards to the kitchen floor the rug she had bought to cover the floor was put down within 20 minutes of me finishing fit the floor. The floor was damaged by the customers dishwasher, I did not include in my quote moving the amount of items that we did including fridge and washer etc The problem is that the customer wants the floor repairing without it being rescreeded as the screed has blown of the asphalt underneath (not what I’ve done)
Throughout all of the tasks we undertook we had someone telling how to do it and what to do and what we was doing wrong. I have agreed to replace the floor but after a barrage of condescending and passive aggressive messages and telling me how to do my job and how long it need to take me and talking to me like a child. I have rescinded my offer. I feel like this customer will never be happy with anything I do. I have never had more stress from any other customer as I have with this one.
Yes I have blocked her number after receiving calls in my personal phone at 9:30pm I do not see this as acceptable.
I have been in constant communication with the customer I have WhatsApp message showing how much I have explained what we are doing and when we will do it there hasn’t been a time the customer hasn’t been able to get hold of me untill it was a step to far barraging my work and personal phones calling of multiply numbers up untill 9:30pm, this is completely out of order and this is why I have decided that I will not be doing anything else for this customer I find this behaviour totally unacceptable.
Writing a fake reviews and slandering a new company because I wouldn’t jump through all the ridiculous hoops. In regards to the comments about the alcoholic, yea my friend is a painter and he painted this house I found out he had been drinking again and sacked him, I never said she had to watch her stuff I never said I was proud I told the customer, I actually had a long conversation with the customer about alcoholism and how disappointed I was that he had been drinking while working for me.
I received a WhatsApp that I was breaching privacy concerns after I posted a picture on my social media of their floor and threatened me with legal action even tho I asked the customer at the door as I was leaving if it was ok to post online and she said it would be fine.
I find it unreal people go to these lengths to write reviews full of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors to try and justify there terrible attitude and behaviour. I have other company’s with a combined total of 500+ 5 star reviews.
