Had a brilliant experience with this company. The whole thing went as smoothly as possible! Ildem and Hakan, their communication throughout is amazing and the surgeon was also lovely and kept checking in after surgery. Pre op checks are extensive and gave me peace of mind, and the aftercare is great and informative too. Thank you!

I highly recommend RenovatedME. They supported me through my gastric bypass surgery and more recently my dental treatment, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

Ildem was fantastic support in the UK, always available to answer questions and offer reassurance before I travelled. In Turkey, Hakan was amazing as a translator and support, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout.

Both procedures were life-changing for me, and the care, professionalism, and aftercare were outstanding. I felt supported every step of the way and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering treatment abroad.

The team at Renovated Me are amazing. Ildem was always happy to answer questions, help and advise and always with kind words and support. Everything is organised well and a lot of the organising is done by Renovated Me. I had full support whilst in Turkey, the hospital team were amazing and were English speaking. Everything was meticulous and all went without a hiccup. I am particularly impressed with the level of tests and pre- operation consultations that were completed before surgery took place.
The aftercare is also exceptional. I would recommend for anyone looking to undergo bariatric surgery without the worry or stress, to consider Renovated Me. The surgical team were extremely skilled and I have very minimal scarring. The aftercare is also very comprehensive.

Can’t say enough about the company and the surgeon ( Dr Asim) that I went with!! 5* experience from start to finish. I flew from the uk with a friend for 360 tummy tuck and extended arm lift with lipo .The drivers that pick u up to take u to your hotel or hospital appointments are kind and make u feel safe , Haken that helps u fill in ur forms and meets u at the hospital for ur appointment and is waiting for u as u pull up , he’s a kind and thoughtful gentleman , Lldem who u deal with via what’s app and is there within moments to answer all ur questions and queries and is beyond helpful and definitely deserves a pay raise if u ask me lol as she’s nothing short of efficient and on the ball whilst being professional! My surgeon was brilliant and his stitching , bedside manner and care was so good! It is a nerve wracking experience when your thinking of going abroad for surgery and all the companies and co ordinators u speak with say they are the best or do a good sales pitch and in the end u feel confused and overwhelmed and unsure who to go with but il so glad I chose renovated me , I highly recommend and I’m one very happy customer/patient .. thank you Dr Asim I love what u have done for me and the confidence u have given me , you can’t put a price on it 😍

I'd like to especially thank Ildem, (my co-ordinator) Dr Kamil (my surgeon) and Hakan who went above and beyond to help with anything I needed whilst in Turkey and back home.

Renovated me has been absolutely brilliant, the communication was great right from the beginning to the end I was never left worried or waiting. They looked after us so well when we were out in Turkey, I say us as they were not only brilliant with me but will my daughter in law aswell. Everybody was so friendly and despite the language barrier at times always found a way to communicate and for things to be clear. I would do this experience all over again and I cannot thank them and rate them enough!!

Everything about Renovated Me from the start has been nothing short of amazing.

I had contacted some other GS groups but RM was the only one who didn’t push me into booking. They also provided information about my surgeon including experience and qualifications- again the only one to do this!

Ildem on WhatsApp was there from the start, putting me at ease, and communication with driver and Hakan was impeccable. I travelled alone and was so scared but everyone made things so easy.

Prior to surgery I had so many tests including ultrasounds, X-ray, ECG etc and met many team members to ensure I was suitable for surgery. The hospital was exactly what you would expect from a private hospital.

Dr Direnç was brilliant. Before surgery I had read so many stories about gas pain, general struggles after surgery - I had none of these. He, and his team visited me every day after surgery until discharge. Don’t be put off by how young he looks (he’s obviously found the fountain of youth!)

On my discharge day I met the dietitian who went through everything with me, all the dos and don’ts, and gave me my protein shakes, vitamins and medications.

All I can say the team at Renovated Me are all top notch and I would recommend to anyone,

Also, payments are made to a UK bank. A lot of other companies insist on cash on arrival.

The communication has been great, we didn't have any major issues. There was a couple of times we were told we may have to pay more for extra tests once at the hospital but this was later sorted. The process was smooth and I am recovering well from my gastric bypass. Hakan was lovely and very helpful!

I was pleased with the services I received. The coordination was excellent from consultation to the day of the surgery and aftercare. Them team checked in with me every couple of days to see how I was recovering. A special shout out to my surgeon , coordinator and interpreter. You are all amazing . I have no regrets booking with you. Thank you ones again!!

From start to finish,I can't find any faults with anything renovated Me organised for my surgery. I was met at the airport by Hakan and he set's your mind at ease with anything you ask him he is a 5 star rating,the hospital is extremely clean and the staff are all first rate,the surgeon his English is perfect and will answer every question you have, regular contact from Ildem. I am 2 weeks post op and I can't believe how it is changing my life for the better. 10/10

Where do I begin,

From the offset Ildem was incredible and still is I’m 2 weeks post op she’s ALWAYS on hand for any question doesn’t matter how daft it may be.

The book process was simple and I had a video call with Ildem and Dr Direnç instantly all my worries were put to rest all the questions I had were answered before I could even ask.. roll by 2 months no stress.

The week before my op boy was I nervous all the way up to the hospital I was nervous. Instantly I felt at ease. The tests they run are far superior to those the NHS do for the same surgery (family members have had bariatric surgery on nhs hence how I know)

The hospital was so clean and the staff although a language barrier were incredible! I felt so cared for and looked after.

The translator Hakan he’s the perfect man for the job btw so softly spoken and calm incredible guy! Can’t imagine it being anyone else he was there when I didn’t even realise I needed him.

The whole experience seamless the surgeon incredible and I did some research on him and you can tell he loves what he does!

Thank you so much I feel like my new life is beginning.

I had bariatric sleeve surgery in December, everything was off the scale amazing. The WhatsApp group filled with people that have had surgery or are waiting for surgery is such a great support network. Ildim was my first point of contact and just made me feel at ease. Everything is so professional, Hakan who I met in Turkey, is such a kind man, he took me to get all my pre op tests done and was with me everystep of the way before surgery and after. Who can forget Abdullah, the most happy transfer driver I've ever had. So helpful. Everyone was just so thoughtful, I had Dr Direnc Yigit and he was great, a very gentle kind Dr and he visited me everyday after the surgery until I flew home. All the nurses, nutritionist etc were very helpful, thoughtful and loving.

I am so unbelievably impressed. 100/10

Weight loss journey ... From start (before booking GS) to finish (ongoing weight loss journey), Ildem from RenovatedMe has been amazing! Faultless in fact.

No question was too silly. Nothing was too much. To and fro before making the decision to book wasn't a problem. There was no pressure, just information provided.

Ildem invited me to a private WhatsApp group with pre, post surgery clients who have been the best support network! We have talked daily for nearly four months!

Ildem took care of everything: flights, hotel, transfers even check in when the airline had a minor system error.

Before surgery, Ildem provided documentation and plans. I was also given the name and number of my translator, Hakan, and driver, Abdullah.

Throughout the surgery and after, Ildem has checked in with me and solved minor issues (mostly with airline, hotel).

Abdullah the driver gave me clear instructions on where to go and where to meet him (or one of his drivers) for transfer. The transfer was extremely comfortable and on the way to and from the hotel, the drivers talked to us about Antalya and the area. They were extremely friendly and professional including helping with bags and letting us know our flight home was slightly delayed.

Hakan was my hero! Any worries and anxieties were sharp put to rest as Hakan translated on my behalf and ensured I was looked after properly and promptly.

Hakan was with me the entire time throughout pre health checks, psyche tests, before the surgery and afterwards in preparation for my release.

Hakan ensured that I understood how to take my medication and shakes that I was discharged with.

The hospital staff were attentive and used their phones to translate if there was a language barrier.

My husband came with me and never left my side. The hospital fed him (the food is just ok), but there was supermarkets/cafes around should he had needed them. He slept in the same room as me on a put up bed.

When we moved over to the hotel, the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I had my surgery November so the air con had been turned off due to it being 'winter' so the rooms were too warm for my Northern bones.

The bariatric soup is served dinner and lunch time so you tend to have a shake for breakfast.

There were really good food options (buffet style) and a good range of drinks.

Fruity teas were available as a nice alternative to 'just water'.

All in all, an overall positive experience apart from the obvious surgery discomfort. Was I scared? Terrified. Did RenovatedMe help to put my mind at rest? Every step of the way.
Was it worth it? I have a feeling it really will be!

My daughter had GS weight loss surgery with Renovated Me. I was her companion, from the beginning everything was great. Ildem is so informative and extremely responsive with communication. Hakan met us at the airport and was with us throughout our hospital stay ensuring we understood everything, the surgical Team and surgeon, Dr Direnc are simply Amazing. We was very well looked after and informed of every step of the process.
