Love shopping at Ren.
the quality of the products is great and they arrive pretty quickly!

Very poor on delivery and customer service. I placed a large order for next day delivery and have just been told that, due to a systems error, next day delivery is not possible. I tried to cancel the order and was told that might not be possible and I would have to wait to see if I could be refunded. As this was for a present I need the refund to replace the missing order. Customer service we’re not able to help. In the past I have had issues with offers been changed at checkout. Generally a very poor company to deal with .

After 12 weeks of use I see NO DIFFERENCE. Dark circles under eyes, still there, Dark age spots on hands, still there, Fine lines and wrinkles, still there. No difference whatsoever. Waste of money! Just like all the rest. Save your $$, DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$ on THIS PRODUCT!!

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks and results are amazing. Definitely recommend this.

Took weeks to get product. Ordered Nov 27 2022, and came on December 27th.What they sent was not what I ordered. The product in the box, was NOT what was labeled ON the box. I ordered 'collagen boost', and the bottles said "Evercalm" "Barrier Support Elixir". I emailed them three times with NO RESPONSE. So I'm stuck with 5 bottles of something I will not use. Complete FARCE of a company. Do not Trust Them. I will NEVER order anything from CHINA again.

This company only shipped half my order! I have contacted several times (7), by email, no response at all!!
Do not trust that they will fill your order after purchase!

I contacted the web chat as my order was delayed. Very through explanation and apology. Very quick response and product was dispatched on that day. The customer care is fantastic.

I have forgotten that I have put on subscription on the product that I have bought last time and I told them to cancel it after I received the confirmation email. They have cancelled it that day but the refund is not yet processed to my account since 23/11/2022 until now. I have asked them every week and they said the refund is in process. Finally, the customer service team has been asking me to provide them a bank account rather than the credit card that I use for the purchase and I provide it. They said they will process the refund in the end of that week. However, not even a penny arrive to my bank account and they even stop reply my email. I would like to say if you want to try their product, make sure you don't need them to refund anything. Otherwise, it will destroy your experience with them and don't even want to buy anything from them, just like me. :)

Update: After asking them at least once time per week, they finally have processed the refund to my account.

This stuff goes on like water and does nothing. Waste of money.

I have not received my order despite ordering it on January 25 and I have been unable to talk to Rencustomer service

Too many parcels going missing from the same company, feel like it’s a scam! as mine didn’t arrive either…they gave me a tracking number that was not recognised by the logistics company so they could not find the product for me and other reviews say the same so that’s quite suspicious?? I Ordered in November and have still not received it, initially REN were emailing me back to say be patient the parcel is in transit but still nothing and now I’ve asked for a refund or replacement I am being ignored! I also reached out to the company on Facebook and they say that it’s not an authentic REN product that I ordered so can’t help me but I ordered via the link on their Facebook page! Feeling really disappointed, frustrated and ripped off!!!

Soft texture, the smell of the product felt very soft, en the parfum smells neutral but fresh. And Is the reason why I love REN so much. I am OBSESSED with the REN products m, I wish I could say all of them, but I’m broke then😅 if you want a collab, just let me now.

I tried the eye serum. Got it through Macy’s. I’ve been using it about three weeks and there is no difference. I was looking at commercial for the face serum and it looks to me as though the before and after pictures look like two different women.
I also don’t like that some of the other reviews include never receiving the product or receiving the product in bad condition do not recommend

For now i am disapointed bécasse I ordered 3 weeks ago and still didn’t receive it. There is an issue but i have no information on when and what i will be receivîng.

Never even received my order. I’ve tried to contact the company countless times, never once have I gotten a reply. Would love to try it, but unfortunately I paid for nothing. Been waiting for a month for a shipping label to even be created.

The day cream and night cream feel very good on your skin. Non greasy and green formula. Love the way it feels on my skin.

Delivery still hasn’t arrived and customer service haven’t resolved the issue

I initially contacted Ren Skincare with an inquiry and their response was quick and helpful. I placed an order which arrived quickly and the products were amazing! I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company.

Not only are the products amazing and effective, the customer is service is 10/10. I had a query regarding a product I bought a while ago and when I contacted the customer support team they were very helpful/ detailed in the information they provided - they were also quite quick to respond.
