From Long-Time Client to Complete Disappointment
I’ve been a client of RENTALL software since 2022. From the start, the system was buggy—price calculations often failed, especially during discounted periods. We tolerated these issues because support usually fixed them, and we had already invested in integrating their solution into our website. There was no turning back after spending money to implement their system.
However, everything changed when a simple password reset issue arose in July 2025. For months, I was locked out of the system. Despite countless emails and multiple “secure links,” nothing worked. It’s shocking that a company developing software cannot fix something as basic as a “Forgot Password” function.
During this time, I paid $100/month for a service I couldn’t use. When I requested cancellation and a refund, I was met with excuses and contract terms instead of accountability. This is unacceptable for any software provider.
I’ve started disputing charges and moved to a more reliable solution. If you value your time and business, avoid this software.
