What a great piece of software for…

What a great piece of software for landlords everywhere!

Having just started self management of my 4 investment properties, I was using Google Drive to save all of my docs and spreadsheets. It was ok but meant lots of work to keep on top of things.

Rent Chief has made this a thing of the past and I can now easily see all of my properties and associated docs and info in one place. I love the dashboard feature that allows me to see any outstanding issues at a glance and the chat function to directly contact my tenants and trades people and keep a record of any communication.

It takes a little while to enter all of the info to start with but it was a good investment of time as now it will free me up!

Excellent, speedy communication with the developers if any issues too and I love that they are willing to take feedback on board to improve it even more.
