Replace Direct weigert haar garantieverplichtingen na te komen. Laptopaccu die op op 18 januari 2021 geleverd is en op 19 januari is gefactureerd, is defect. Garantie periode is één jaar. defect gemeld op 10 januari 2022. Replace Direct weigert in actie te komen.

The replacement part worked perfectly
The replacement part worked perfectly. I do have one comment that the new screen is smaller in widt meaning it does not perfectly fit into my monitor brackets but overall it works perfectly.

Delays, Cost, Irritation, Bad Attitude,
Typical Dutch company mentality. The company makes a mistake that could easily be corrected and breed good customer relationships. Instead, it digs in its heels and blames the customer. After providing RD a correct mailing address, they sent the battery to the wrong address. They continue to demand a return shipping receipt for something I never received. In addition, they sent two faulty batteries to the correct address! Delay, costs, irritation and bad attitude. That is Replace Direct
