I am very happy with my replacement French Doors as my living room is now a warm and comfortable place to be with no draughts even in stormy weather. There was a slight delay in the date of fitting but nothing that inconvenienced me. The fitting team was very professional and competent and they left no mess.
First class service I am over the moon with the quality also the team where absolutely brilliant
I was stuck in London on the day of the fitting
The team took all blinds and curtains down
Cleaned up afterwards
I would highly recommend this company massive thanks

Spent £3431 refitting all of the windows in my flat, shortly after I found that I could not close one of the tilting windows installed in my living room.
Due to working away from home, I was unable to get a hold of the company during the weekend the issue occured, and in order to close the window I had to remove some fittings from the frame in order to get the window to seal effectively.
In my initial email to the company, I informed them of this, with images of the removed fittings so they were aware of what happened. (Initial email sent 08/04/23)
After no response for 6 months, I finally get a reply after chasing them up, and in February finally get someone to come and look at the problem, at which point they say they would not be able to fix the problem and would have to come back.
After a week of waiting for a response, I email them asking for an update, and get a fairly curt response saying since I had removed fittings, I had "voided the guarantee attached to this window by removing parts and interfering with the fabrication of the window ... We will not be returning to address the reported issues concerned with this window."
No offer of futher support or anything, just dropped altogether. It would have been appreciated if they had even offered to give a quote to fix the installation.
I had emailed them back to ask for any avenue to get this repaired and emphasized that I had to do this to prevent damage to my home through weather and freezing. But no offer of any support.
The guaranteed does not mention this voiding the guarantee either
With the service I've received after paying a fortune to do my whole home, I could not recommend this company.
I moved into a new flat and discovered the current bedroom windows were completely broken. Dealing with Re:Place was a dream. Scott visited my house beforehand and explained the process and options available to me, and I found the price to be reasonable. On the day, Kevin and Barry were polite, efficient (it was all done in 2 hours!) and tidied up as well. I'd recommend them to anyone and am already thinking about the next set of windows I need replaced!
