I had a few small glitches with the website and payment process but the response to any enquiries was timely and helpful. The items I ordered arrived safely and in good condition - I am happy with the service that I received.

Very pleased with the item - looked like new. Slightly disappointing experience re the time it took to arrive. Ordered on 12th and received on 24th August. I read some reviews after placing the order so I expected a delay. I chose to receive the item by Special Delivery and paid an extra £1.70 for this option. The item was actually delivered by Hermes.

Took awhile to confirm order as apparently away at time but arrived well wrapped in good order only a couple of days after confirmation. Good to be able to replace single items of much loved sets.

The plates took a little while to arrive because of courier problems but now they have and I am really pleased with them. Well packaged too.
Replace your plates is a great place to find those things that have been discontinued and you never thought you'd be able to buy again.

Paid for special delivery but was told the seller was attending an antiques fair and could not post! Waited 7 days before phoning to ask where it was and being told it was broken and I had been refunded. Very bad service would not recommend this site.

Ordered and paid for six Boots orchard cereal bowls. After 10 days I phoned, then phoned the mobile number given on the answerphone. I was assured the parcel had been taken to the post office two days earlier. Another 10 days have passed and no parcel has arrived. Was it even sent??

I ordered a couple of items. When they were delivered the largest item was broken. As far as I was concerned the items hadn't been packed well enough and were sent in an old cardboard wine box which was too flimsy. I contacted the company several times by email and I got no reply. Then out of the blue I got an email to say they would check their stockroom to see if they had another of the item that was broken. They didn't say what they would do if they had! That was the last I heard. I received no receipt with my purchase. I set up an account with my purchase which I can no longer access. Now when I try to access the website my security settings advise me from going on the website as it is not secure. This didn't happen before when I placed the order. Although I would normally chase this until I got a refund or replacement, I have let this go as it's quite clear the company has no intentions of doing anything to sort this out. I would strongly recommend that you avoid using this company.
Just reading through reviews I have written I noticed that I never updated this one with the outcome. Even though this company replied to my review saying that they were sorting it out I never heard from them again and nor did I ever get a replacement.

We have always had very good service and quick delivery. The goods were very well packaged as well.

The plates were delivered promptly and we're in good condition. I would have no hesitation in making further purchasestudy.
