I ordered an eames lounge chair and Ottoman on 9 May which was supposed to arrive within 5 business days as advertised on their website. It has never arrived and I have had no responses to my 4 emails. The only phone number available for this company does not work (it just cuts off and doesn’t ring). I wish I had read the other reviews below properly before ordering.

No doubt I will get an angry response to this as you can see that they’ve done to others but I am contacting Amex’s fraud team today to report this and see what they can do as this website is very clearly engaging in some sort of scam / criminal activity.

My eames lounge chair looks amazing. Compared to the original it looks the same and a fifth of the price. Very satisfied. It arrived within 5 days.

After much research, found a mobile number of someone who claims to work there but refused to give the company registration number OR the real phone number of the company: say the number is on the website, the number is not.

I ordered a chair before reading these reviews. I have emailed the company to ask about delivery times and have texted them on their char but have gotten no response!
Not sure if I should call the bank to stop the payment?

Not supplied item ordered. Do not reply to emails. No replies to questions on Chat service (on the website).
As per other reviews, this company is either fraudulent or totally incompetent.
READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Luckily I used a credit card for my purchase so have started a Section 75 claim, the card company will investigate fully.

Sadly I have given up . No replies from the seller in recent times . So I have registered a dispute with Visa. Hopefully I'll get my money back and this seller will be banned by Visa.

Paid for Chair, got confirmation email but then nothing else. No replies to emails, no response to their Web chat. They are either a fraudulent business or have gone bust.
Be Warned - do not buy from this business. Positive reviews are old, all recent reviews are Negative
Amazing, posted a negative review and within minutes they flag the review, post a reply and then reply to one of my many email queries.
So, not gone bust, not a fake company JUST HAVE DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Supply the item I paid for, in pristine condition and I will consider amending my review.

After 2 Months of waiting I still haven’t got my chair, tracking information or anything. I have sent them multiple emails with no response. Can’t believe there website is still up and running after reading that multiple people have had the same experience. The chair was almost 400£ so not cheap either.

Purchased the Replica Eames Lounge chair from the Website. Arrived a week later excellently protected in the two boxes. Easily assembled and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks also to Vincent for handling my question on delivery date. All very professional.

I KNOW IT IS FAKE BECAUSE I WORK WITH DPD VERY CLOSELY. I ALSO HAVE FRIEND IN DUBLIN AND IF MY CHAIR DOESN'T ARRIVE IN A FEW DAYS I AM REPORTING VINCENT AND THE COMPANY TO THE POLICE AND FILING A PRIVATE LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM.

I’d like to know why the replies to complaints are written in such bad English, it does ring alarm bells... where exactly are you based?

This company is dishonest!
I was also dealt with my Vincent who started off being very helpful but is now not answering my emails. I was told my good was passed to the courier almost 2 weeks ago but when spoke with the courier they had not received the good and that I should contact the company. I am currently trying to get my money back from the bank to the tune of almost £2000. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Like others, I will also be reporting this company to the Dublin police.

Placed order and paid for Eames chair, a week later informed that colour ordered not available, was offered a different colour that I didn't want. Cancelled order and was assured a refund would be made. Several weeks later, refund has not appeared - messages are being ignored. Have reported this to credit card company. Do not touch this site - I suspect it's fraudulent.

The product arrived quickly, in just nine days. The product was well packaged and easy to assemble. The high-quality Eames lounge chair, thick leather and chair is not swaying at all. Well finished. I would buy again.
