This is a scam
This is a scam. Lost my sunglasses at Bali airport. Paid these thieves US$69 and never heard anything again
Scam and awful customer service
This is a scam, lost my wallet in Hong Kong in transit, requested a search through these guys. Received lots of promising emails saying they were searching and their teams wont stop until they have news. I transited back through Hong Kong a week later and happened to go into the lost and found, they had it the entire time, was handed in the day I lost it. Tried to get a response from Airport LRS who were still telling me they were searching even after I got it back, got cut off from there chat service and no response to my complaints. This is a scam, do not give them money.
this Lost and Found office seems scammy
At first it seemed they did not really look for my item, all the automated emails said they are still trying to locate my item.
Only when I told them that an employee of the premium lounge had handed it in and that I have written confirmation of it did they act. Then they revealed that they had somehow magically located my item.
Shipping however costs a minimum of 150 EUR, which seems way overpriced.
NEVER USE. IT IS A SCAM
It is a SCAM. They don't do anything to help you find your lost item. They just sent acknowledgement emails saying that "an agent is working on it". Additionally, they have a policy writer (who knows where!) that if you don't cancel the service within 24 hours, you will not receive a full refund. Life is too short to make a battle, but someone should shut this service!!!
SCAM
SCAM! They get you because you’re panicking about your lost item. Trying to get a refund and can’t. Constantly told it’s been escalated to accounting. I can’t believe they are allowed to exist especially as a top search on Google. It is a blatant scam, preying on the vulnerable. I’ll be reporting as a scam to my bank. Please don’t fall for it like I did. I thought I was going through the actual airport website. (I did in the end and got the item back)
This company was a waste of money
This company was a waste of money! I should've just used the normal airport lost and found because they actually recovered the lost items...not this company.
So far spent £25 to try to get IPhone…
So far spent £25 to try to get IPhone out of lost and found T3 Beijing , will claim back on credit card as fraud, recieved one email , advise you rather send DHL or other courier to collect with details of item , power of attorney letter and passport copy , this is my next action to retrieve my phone , this company should be blacklisted immediately 👎
It's a scam/joke
It's a scam/joke! They charge you to file a claim and they never get back to you. You have to check the status of your claim just to get the same "no bag matching your description has been found yet". I would avoid any airline (KLM for me ) that FORCES you to use this service.
Scam alert do not use
Scam alert do not use. I checked my bag in at SFO July 18 and my bag never arrived at my destination. When I alerted my airline they told me to register a claim with this company. Its a scam. They call you to make it sound like a legit business and ask questions about your luggae then after that just send useless emails saying we have no way to ask the airlines to help track your bag as we do not work for the airline. I should have know it was a scam as soon as they asked for payment prior to any service being delivered. They are simply praying on people's emotions regarding their lost luggage
This is a scam
This is a scam. It’s a well-designed website structured to make you believe it’s a legitimate company but all they do is email the airport lost and found service once and then send you lots of emails claiming they’re working hard to find your lost item.
Lost keys at Heathrow three weeks ago…
Lost keys at Heathrow three weeks ago contacted lost and found It’s a total con you send money they say they have a locator number and will send item. Never received never reply to emails I went to Heathrow and retrieved keys myself!
Happily reunited with my iPad
I read the reviews for this company and was really worried whether I would ever see my iPad again but they found it and returned it to me within a couple of weeks. Very happy!
Total scam
Total scam. All email are sent automatically to make you think they are assisting you. I am sorry I used this service, but sometimes emotions get in the way of logic.
Scam
Scam. Gave them $59 before realizing they were not the airport lost and found. Tried to cancel immediately per their 24 hour refund policy. They don’t answer their phone, email, or return messages. Will disput credit card charge. I’m
Scam
Scam. Asked for a refund and it’s been 10 months. Avoid at all costs
Lost iphone…
My wife recently left her phone at security check in at Portland Airport. When searching for lost and found this website was first, so I wrongly assumed it was the official airport site. Was a little surprised to have to make a $30 payment. Later I talked to a person in charge of lost and found who was very nice and helpful. They found the phone and Fed Exed it to me. Two days later was notified my phone had been found and to notify Portland lost and found for info. What a racket! This is definitely another email scam. Avoid them at all costs!
TOTAL SCAM
TOTAL SCAM
total scam when flying and you lose something don't use this site. I was desperate to find something we left on a airplane. Airlines don't charge you when reporting lost items. This website just takes reports but doesn't help to find anything he gets 29.95 for doing absolutely nothing but optimizing his website so it gets the hits.
SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!! They will respond to you, but come back saying they couldn't locate. We left my sons passport on the plane. A lady called and said she had it. I literally gave them the exact location and name of who to speak to, and they couldn't handle it. Basically I was throwing money at them to just be the middle-man and obtain the passport and mail it to me.
DO NOT use the service
DO NOT use the service. It is total FRAUD. They should be shut down. Disgraceful.
