This company is an absolute joke. Just got through on the phone after trying since before Christmas. I tell them I’ve never heard of them and I want all my money back. They said they can only refund the most recent transaction. I have no idea where these people got my details and they tried telling me that I had been on their website and created an account. How can I do that when I’ve never heard of them. I will be informing the financial Ombudsman.
This company needs shutting down.

I have just noticed these payments coming out of my account so after calling the company directly without getting an answer, I contacted my bank. They told me that Reportscore.co.uk is a company used by payday loan companies to check your identity...much in the same way Experian or Equifax carry out a credit check. What we are not made aware of though is that it states in the small print of these loans that we are also signing up to this service at £31.99 per month. I also noticed transactions of around 16p every few weeks and this was that company carrying out additional checks without returning the 16p either. I have had my bank out a block on this company but they have told me that unfortunately they do not have to give me a refund as it is not an illegal transaction. Absolute joke!!!

This company is fraudulently taking money out of my account and do not answer their phone

This company have been taking my money out of my August without me noticing. I contacted them for the last month and only now today got through. Now claiming that I will only get 2 full refunds. Due me over £190 and refuse to pay it back.

I have had money taken from my account also I have tried to call them on numerous occasions but no reply. I have emailed them twice no reply my bank has put a stop on them trying to take more money from my account. I will be reporting them to the financial ombudsman and also the regulator for data protection. This company needs to be closed down immediately they are just scammers and fraudsters

As everyone else has said, complete cowboys!
Have left countless emails and made numerous phone calls and received no response. My bank are useless to stop this as well

Total scammers keep taking money from my account reported to bank they said get in contact with this company which I have tried many times to do and they still keep taking money

bunch of thieves!!! all i did was applying for a loan and before i know charge me 30 pounds!!! what makes you think that people have that money? sly scammers

Scam. They don't actually create you an account, take payment even if you don't sign up to them. Nobody answers the phone line and when you email they fob you off with "been having technical issues".
I suggest cancelling your card information and reporting to your fraud team.

Have been taking money from my daughters account since SEPTEMBER! Bank found out today. Who they hell are they Where are they? What are they apart from being THIEVES?

Took money out of my account. Impossible to contact them to dispute. Lloyds were great and a quick visit to my local branch put a stop to these scammers.

AVOID took money out of my account without authorisation emailed them countless times and tried phoning no reply reported them. SCAM

SCAM!!!!!!!!!! AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE.
I was looking for information about different loans and THIS came up on one of the websites as a add on for a loan option. I chose not to include this "offer" and proceed, but then I found out that I didn't have enough money for my direct debit payment because THIS COMPANY has charged me 2 payments without any of my knowledge. I rang many times but no answer, I emailed and it took them days to reply. And their answer was: no apology, no explanation, lame excuse that apparently they don't get customers emails due to some problems and that I should call them to get my money.
After that I sent another email that I just can't get through when I call them so I'd like them to just close the account that they opened without my knowledge and refund my money. No reply for few days. I sent another message asking for reply, still nothing.

This is outrageous. I hoe they'll get closed down.

Had a payment taken out of my bank without my knowledge, submitted a complaint, emailed and rang, no-one answers, its ridiculous, just want my money back

I have had 2 payments of £31.83 taken out of my bank by this company without my knowledge or consent..ive rang and emailed every day with no reply.. can anyone suggest who can help.. llyods bank want me to keep pestering them but im up against a brick wall

I checked my bank account and Reportscore had taken 31.99 out of my bank I have never signed anything with this company rang them said they would refund but only asked for my name and date of birth and put phone down I have got Intouch with my bank and waiting to hear back they are such scammers

problem is that I try to get loan one month ago then I saw their website and I didnt sign I didnt submit but but anyway They hadalready my deitails becouse of loan page , and first They took 16 pence and one month after £31 ,83 I was shock I called to them ,Mr John kindly on phone said that was mistake and He will cancel and they will refund in 1 -7 working days , well We will see that was today when I called them ,and I have to pay roll tax DVLA tax I got nothing ,
I callled to Bank I called to dvla Horrible day , hopefully They will give back money Im waiting ,I will come back to write down report on them Im too poor for this kind of reports from them

It's a scam. You see charge in the account just contact bank and they will charge them back. Also you should contact financial ombudsmen so they would get investigated. As they operate against the law, they will face massive penalties. That's what I have done now.
