My orders were repeatedly cancelled for no reason. I wasn't alerted to the cancellation either, and support takes an egregiously long time to respond. Getting any type of helpful response from a customer support agent is impossible. I've ordered from them previously and had no problems but this has left a bad taste in my mouth since they seem to be very uncommunicative.

I ordered the Xiumin x Represent 2022 collab, 1 sweater, 1 cropped sweater, 1 bucket hat and 1 sweatpants that is supposed to come with photocards. NOT ONLY did they ship out the clothes in SEPERATE SHIPMENTS, I had to pay 4 TIMES CUSTOMS PAYMENTS.

They also TOTALLY FORGOT TO PUT IN MY PHOTOCARDS, what’s worse is that their 1 photocard per order means even if you ordered 4 things, YOU ONLY GET 1 PHOTOCARD?!?!? I expected each clothing / accessory item to come with a photocard but they don’t specify that. That I not only paid 4 times for customs, I didn’t get all 4 photocards, instead they shipped out 2 (1 eXtRa bEcAuSe wE mEsSeD uP)

It’s so frustrating that their CLOTHES ARE OVERPRICED AND ALSO CRAPPY. The clothes are made out of the THINNEST MATERIAL EVER, and their BAGS IS LIKE A PIECE OF PAPER THIN?!?!? i ONLY ordered from this company because my favourite idol released a clothing line (something they never done before) and would expect the product quality to be at least decent but this is crappy. Even Baekhyun’s Prive designed clothes have better quality than this company, and they have similar prices. THE QUALITY AT REPRESENT IS CRAPPY - LIKE SHEIN QUALITY - AT NIKE PRICES 😡😡😡

I ordered the shirt for my son exactly as it was shown in the store. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Great quality, received my product very quickly.

Got my kid a sweatshirt for Christmas. It was a little small so I had to exchange it. I had to purchase the correct size and send back the other for an exchange. The refund was done rather quickly; and my kid is super satisfied. He’s definitely looking into order more merch!

Great support team. I ordered a t shirt for my sons 11th bday Jan. 25th. I never received it I think it was stolen which is possible its happened before. However, the support team was in touch with me all the way. I finally received a hoodie ordered on Mar 3rd. I'm not sure why it takes so long, but my son LOVES his hoodie. So I'm happy with that. I will continue to support you because of the positive representation for the youth.

it's not a scam in fact, but the logistics are terrible, they ship from USA and I'm from Mexico, the order never arrives to me, i don't understand how the Chinese orders arrives to Mexico within 15 day, i wait more than 3 months for one t-shirt, i got a refund, i didn't get the shirt :(

recently purchased a shirt from this company, and I couldn't be more disappointed. The shirt looked great in the picture online, but when it arrived, it was a completely different story. The quality of the fabric was extremely low, and the stitching was subpar. I paid over $30 for this?!!

The fabric was thin and flimsy, and it felt like it would fall apart after one wash. I am extremely disappointed with this product, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I was expecting a much better quality shirt from this company, but instead, I received a poorly made, low-quality garment. It is unacceptable that a company would sell a product of this caliber. I would not purchase anything from this company again and would suggest that others steer clear as well.

Overall, I give this shirt a 1-star rating.

I love the concepts and collabs. My son loves the items that he actually received, however 2 Christmas holidays in a row my son has been disappointed because the items he anticipated getting the most were months late. We are currently waiting on a flight jacket ordered in November 2022 that was supposed to ship in late February (which by the way you don’t find out until after you purchase) which is now due to ship late March which is not so great because we are moving by the end of March, hopefully we get it in time. I received a meager $7 credit and when I hit the link to use it, it took me to the website where I touched the same category I always buy from and it said it couldn’t find the page. Meanwhile, I just got a promotional text and use the link from it and the page IS there. So is my credit bogus?! Not happy😐

The support team is really nice and patient. Tomas offered a valid solution to my problem, which after a long time I was finally able to resolve :)

My son really like Corey’s merch. The tshirt he received this year is really nice and we will continue to buy and support his brand! My only issue is the amount of time it takes to receive the merchandise. It takes too long.
