Take your treatment elsewhere if you are able to. I had a private consultation with professor Nardo. He turned up late, was in a rush to answer my questions, didn’t listen or seem caring or understanding and didn’t even give me the allocated 15 mins. He was supposed to follow up having looked at a report and let me know his thoughts. Despite contacting the clinic twice I heard nothing back. All he cares about is making money.
Absolutely appalling.
I had a very bad experience here.
The out of court settlement did not even come close in covering the cost or upset that Mr Nardo caused.
Avoid at all costs Mr Nardo is only interested in taking your money.
Terrible
Incorrect treatment protocol. Hounded for £29 in error on the day of my embryo transfer.
Anaesthetist didn’t turn up on the day of my egg collection so had to have it done with no sedation and denied pain relief.
Charged for things I’d specifically requested not to have (EmbryoScope).
Avoid at all costs. Seriously.
