Poor Delivery

I ordered from this supplier on the understanding of a next day delivery. A separate email confirmed the product and delivery. I'm actually still waiting!!!!!

Dear Mr Price, I apologise that you are unhappy with the service you have received. You placed his order on Thursday 9th April 2015 and one of the items he selected to purchase was showing 'Out of Stock' and on a '7 Day Back Order' and you "ticked" for the option for all of your order to be delivered in one parcel.

This is what caused the delay. If you had "ticked" send items separately, you would of had the bulk of your order on Friday 10th April 2015.

Normally 97% of our orders are delivered the next working day. The 3% which is not is specialist items which need to be ordered in or stock shortages beyond our control.

It maybe that we need to make the delivery options bolder or clearer on the website, so thank you for your constructive feedback we will investigate how to make the options clearer.

hooked up

looking for plugs and sockets to connect up some porta cabins, I came accross their web site with competetive prices so placed an order, the parcell was delivered quickly and had a option to alter delivery address (after being dispatched) I left directions to leave the parcell in a safe place (as I had to be out at time of delivery) which they did.
I'll use this company again for future orders.

Sat delivery / Didn't receive goods until Mon

Ordered a vital part required for my catering event and paid for a Sat delivery. The item never turned up and went to a handling centre in Feltham (closed until Mon). As a consequence i had to run my catering trailer with no running water nor any lights!

Called Repsole on Monday - very helpful and apologetic. Told me to reject parcel and a refund will be processed. Hoping this will be the case without further chasing.

Hi Jamie,
As explained over the phone, the courier failed us big time on this order and basically said that the Black Friday ordering meant an extra 50,000 items were received over that weekend period which is why your delivery failed.

It was 100% a courier error and not one of Repsole.
Yes we use certain couriers and must take a minute portion of the error but this one was totally beyond our control.

Rapid Service

Repsole are our "get out of jail" supplier; if we need materials that day or possibly the next, they are who we go to. It's only ever for small quantities but we have been saved from embarrassment on more than one occasion because of their availability.

not what it says on the tin

we ordered from repsole on the 08/09/14 at approx 2.30pm and it states on the site if ordered before 4pm it will be delivered the next day we got a confirmation to say that our order had been received but we didnt get an email to say that our order had been despatched till 10/09/14 which is two days later we then received an email to say on the 11/09/14 to say that we would receive the item between 14.07 and 15.07 which it was so the communication was great but i had promised my customer it was goin to be with him on the 09/09/14 which didnt happen so he was not pleased.

Firstly please accept our apologies for this error.
In very rare circumstances we sell the stock via two platforms around the same time, on our Website and in our Trade Counter. Our stock update software cycles the data every 15 minutes and we had 2 orders come in within that time frame.
We should have contacted you to advise of the shortfall and for that I apologies.
As a good will gesture I have refunded your delivery charge in full.

A very quick & simple purchase with delivery expected in 7 days but arrived in2.
The item was very well packaged (to reduce possibility of damage) & exactly as discribed.
