The stuff is ok, but slow shipping & no communication!

Great prices, the stuff is ok, but the shipping is too slow, no tracking number, and no communication.
I tried to contact via email or via site (more times), but I never got an answer.
17 days for shipping are too many, and the worst didn't know where the package was.
Probably i will buy again in the future, but I expect a minimum of communication.

They have withdrawn money without sending the package

i have made a order R0235542 and reciveded a mail 02-04-14 that they have accepted my payment but i havent got any packets yet and its not even sent

Update 06-05-2014

Still havent recived anything from reptilica and they do not answer the mails that i have sent i will go to the police soon

No goods and No Refund - Stay away!! UPDATE

Received an confirmation of a order Dec 21 2014. Today I still havn't received anything. I have asked for a refund of my payment, which were payed even though the goods were not ready/available. After having send a cancellation I have kindly asked for just some kind of reply and explanation, but still I haven't received any reply at all.
It is my strongest advise to stay away from this company - I'm really in doubt about what their real intentions are!!

UPDATE!
Got below reply from Reptilica and thought "okay, now something is happening". Nevertheless, after two additional emails with the requested information (which of course had been included in the all the first emails send to them), I have still not got any feedback at all. Looks like below statement from them, is the only intended feedback you can expect to receive from them.

disappointing

After five months, nothing is arrived (I order a terrarium)
I write them many times, and only once they have response
Excuses but nothing is solved.
I think I've lost my money...

Extremely bad service, fraudulent behavior..

Ordered some aquarium items 8.12.2013, payment was withdrawn from my master card the day after, no response from Reptilica since then. A few items had 4-7 days leadtime, which has passed LONG AGO. I have tried to contact them two times via online form, and one time via their facebook profile, no response. Prices are good but service is very bad. CANNOT RECOMMEND Reptilica.....

9.1.2014 UPDATE. After I initially posted this review, I was actually contacted by mail from Reptilica customer service, who promised to send me the ordered items and tracking number within 2 days, as well as an extra discount. Tomorrow, it is 7 days ago, and I have replied to them multiple times when I will receive my tracking number. No update to the order on their home page. It is now more than 1 month ago i ordered the items, and money was withdrawn from my account 1 month ago. DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!

Dissatisfied

This company is blowing its customers. Whatever you do not buy from here. Never answers email when they received money and order. So really hope you listen to this and not make the same mistake as I was made

Three months and a half and i'm still waiting!!

I have a problem with a purchase made through Reptilica, nº 231834, for 291.73€. I made the purchase on June 30, and August 1, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, but for a trouble it wasn't sent.

On August 20, I received an email from Reptilica, saying that there was a mistake and proceed to send me part of the order, because they didn't have all the items in stock. One week before, I received it.

On September 17, I received a new email saying that the rest of the order (items for 100€) would be shipped that day.

Today, October 14, I'm still waiting the rest of the order. I have written severals emails explaining the problem and asking for the tracking number, but I haven't received any reply. And I called many times to DHL, and there is no order with my name.

Really they have sent the order??? I'M SURE NOT!!

Problem still unsolved!
