Excellent service
Excellent service needed a washing machine fitting as soon as. Jag was busy and booked me in for the next day but then gave me the option that if I didn't mind a late appointment he would do it for me. In the end i got my washing machine fitted the same day. Excellent service for excellent price

Jag visited us on the same day as our phone call to him. I would say his company name is a true reflection of the work he carries out (Rescue Plumbing). We needed a washing machine installing and the sink unblocking. Previously John Lewis had failed to install the washing machine despite us paying them for delivery and installation. Jag helped to rectify this instantly and immediately resolved the issue. Jag is professional, well spoken and very knowledgeable. He went over and beyond to provide advice on the boiler and heating in the house also. I will definitely be using Rescue Plumbing again and would highly recommend this company.

I called Rescue Plumbing after a burst pipe
I called Rescue Plumbing after a burst pipe led to a leak overnight in my office building. I came into a flood and called different companies. The guys at Rescue Plumbing were quick to answer my call and were the most professional sounding. I had a hunch from just speaking with them that this was an honest and professional outfit. The technician visited within a few hours. I noticed that he was extremely polite, professional and had a fully stocked van with professional-grade tools (DeWalt, Milwaukee, Bacho, etc) The job was done quickly and to a very high standard. He even cleaned up all his mess (even though the rest of the office was a mess due to the flood) and walked me through exactly what had happened and how to prevent it in the future.
I deal with a lot of tradesmen in my business and these guys are 1st class!

Highly recommend, Efficient, Friendly and Professional. Jags is very fast at responding he came over as soon as he was available.
He is extremely professional and took his time to explain what had gone wrong and how he was going to fix the problem. He has done several jobs for such has installing a shower, fixing toilet flush, leaking stop cock and problems with two showers on a circuit.

Jag is a very professional, courteous engineeer who provided an outstanding service at a very reasonable price fitting new tap valves and radiator. He makes time to explain anything you want to know, putting your mind at rest and keeps you informed throughout the job. Customer satisfaction is obviously key to him.
