If I could give this company a 0 star I would but I can't,this company is a SCAM...I placed my order on dec.6 2020. I emailed the company was told that my order shipped out on dec.17th but never received it,then I emailed the company again & was told that it shipped out on dec.24th & still never received it so I contacted PayPal & my money was refunded but to me.

I ordered the buy 1robot get 2 free via facebook on 12/12/20 now almost a month later and no updated traking and their site is down oh well F me I have been ripped off. if infact i do get ripped off I saved all your info and I will forward it to my cousin who works for the FBI and they will investigate you, also they will reach out to facebook as well !!!!!! have a great day!!!!

I'll very disappointed in this product. The wording in the ad is very tricky. Had me thinking I was ordering 3 robots; buy one get two free; but instead I received one robot and two terribly constructed Santa hats. I definitely would not have bought this one robot for $60 when you can find it elsewhere for $20. Do not buy anything from this company!!!!

Complete ripoff. Don't buy ai robot from resent.com. received empty box 10" when were to receive 3 robots. 22" inches each. No customer service

The box came with a remote and no robot. The remote didn't resemble the purchased robot remote. The Santa hat was wider than the box.

Yes it does take a long time how ever it does states on there sight it can take up to 30 days or so to get your order so they do inform you it could be a wait As for for payment it doesn’t just have to be pay pal you can use a credit card I did as for the but one get 2 free it’s not 2 free robots it says to free gifts while supplies last I put that in there for the person below who felt they were robbed

I am waiting and waiting and waiting for my sons robot and I have attempted multiple times to email them and you get nothing but they quickly take the money off your card. How in the hell can we get a response if the only contact is a number you can NOT DIAL FROM A LOCAL NUMBER. How does FB allow illegal merchants to sell on their page. GREATLY DISCOURAGING.....NEVER AGAIN JUST GO TO THE STORE PPL.

I paid for the buy one get 2 free robots and only received 1 robot. Sent multiple e-mails trying to resolve the issues side and received 0 replies from the company. I finally opened a case with pay pal demanding 2/3 of the money I paid be refunded since I only received 1/3 of what I ordered.

They are a rip off. False advertising. They advertise buy one of the robots and get one free for a certain price. When I got my order it was only one robot. I have tried numerous times to contact company with no response. Order No. NWJ67840

Thank you for the tip. I knew something was up when the only way of payment is PayPal. I’ve been scammed before using PayPal.

Scam, watch out. This is the same type of website as boxing booster total scam.
