Worst decision I ever made accepting a job here. Although I worked here for only a very short time, it became clear very early on that the office was a prison. Sam, the owner of the company thinks too much of himself and is always making inappropriate moves on his female staff. Any complaints I made against him to hr were ignored. All staff is forced to clean the office daily either staying back after closing hours or before opening. anytime someone mentioned hiring a cleaner, he said the cleaners fee would be deducted from the staff wages. There is always shouting in the office and he loves to zoom into the 11 cameras he has installed in one room focusing on computers. there were so many rules implemented like all personal phones need to be turned off during work hours and if you were seen out of ur desk, there would be questioning about that. I resigned as soon as I could and found my life was so much better and stress free. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

I had a very bad experience with this firm. Please don't use their services. The Architect Registration Board (ARB) is unable to find their registration details please check ARB register online. Sam threatens me that if I leave the review, he will bring me down and used abusive language. I had to report threats from Sam to Metropolitan Police and taking this matter further. They made serious mistakes in Structural Calculations; this was confirmed when I had an independent review done for what they had provided me. You will be surprised to see the mistakes.

I have received a further email from the firm as follow

"If you fail to withdraw these by today (providing me with proof), I will take legal steps to have these removed and this will furthermore include claims for defamation, slander, damages, compensation and costs and in this regard the matter will be referred to our Solicitors. You are aware that your concerns are disputed and until there is either an agreement or Court Order your preemptory judgment is not appropriate in this forum."

I submitted my complaint to them on the 9th of September 2022 however so far have not received a response to the issues raised however they responded quickly to this review as above.

The compliant was submitted to RIBA and ARB and waiting for their response.

Very friendly! They were clearly very busy when we requested their help but where super accommodating and I would highly recommend them. (Assessed if a wall was load bearing)

I would highly recommend anyone to use Green Code Engineering. I am having my loft converted into a Dormer and at very short notice the had prepared my structural designs and calculations. Sam is an amazing engineer and full of knowledge! It was so easy to work with him. The admin team in particular Benazir has been so caring and always prompt with her responses which is what you need when having large projects done. I will use them for all my projects in the future. Thanks All.

RDS planned & designed our loft conversion during the Covid restrictions. While socially distanced, Laura at RDS stayed close to us online and by phone. She took care to understand our requirements (plus some changes of mind). Thereafter the process followed smoothly and swiftly.

I have used Laura and Gork, on three multi unit development projects. All three have progressed extremely well. One project in Sutton, the Council planning officer even commented their drawings as a breath of fresh air. Laura specifically think outside the box in findings solutions, and knows what the planners want. Excellent team.

Team RDS specifically Sam, Laura & Gokberk have been efficient , creative and effective in designing and implementing my new build project. I would highly recommend them if you are building or extending your dream home!

Just had a one storey extension completed and I must say that Sam and his team at Residential Design Solutions provided an excellent service. My project was handled very professionally, the preliminary planing work was completed efficiently and Sam project manged the building work very well, keeping me informed of progress and generally overseeing everything. The team of builders were also very impressive. Their work was of a good standard, they were reliable, friendly and were happy to discuss what they were doing at every stage making sure to understand what I as the client wanted. Everything on my specification was completed without prompting from me and I am a very happy customer.

Excellent service so far!! Owner and all of the architects are super informed and easy to get on with. Their knowledge, expertise and contacts means they can pass hoops other architects find difficult with a lot of ease.

Excellent response rate, service and professional finish at an affordable price. Tashmeet and her team really went the extra mile to provide the architectural designs required within the tight timescales. Would certainly recommend and use their services in the future.

Residential design solution prepared the drawings and got permission for rear extension. Although Hillingdon council hardly ever gives permission for 6 meters rear extensions. I did not have to worry about any paper work, they did all for me. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Sam and his Team have been excellent. They have been with me throughout the design process giving me valuable, cost effective tips and are currently giving me their full support during the build process.

As mentioned previously in the other review, although there was a vast amount of negativity surrounding the workmanship and the company, I can not agree more that it has all proved to be wrong.

I found residential designs on my builder website.sam or samude or da silva started my project earnestly after paying him but then stopped and refused to answer any phone calls or continue the work.the bits of the project he completed is not up to agreed standard.other damages he caused has still not been rectified.i have checked my builder .website but his account has been suspensed.he did not keep to the agreed contract and i have been trying to contact this man to refund my money equivalent to the state he left my project.
