Renting with Residenza was as stress free and seamless as a house move can be - all of the agents were extremely helpful and very responsive throughout the process and continue to be on hand to help even after the move in date. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking to rent or buy! :)

Walked in to the office passing when i was looking for a place in tooting & surrounding areas. The admin was lost didnt know what she was doing, her personal call was more important to her and then i spoke with another person who said the property isnt available.

I showed him that its still available on the website and he was rude

Full of garbish, ripp off company, if you want to get ripped off on a new place then look no further, team is soooo useless especially the fat guy, Waqas who was sooo rude at me, I bet if he loses a few pound he actually might be nice from the inside, the owner didn't even bother hearing my complaint, Wasim

Rezidenza Estate Agents have been attending to my properties for more than ten years. All the issues relating to tenants and rents have always been dealt with competently. I can rest assured that my properties are in good hands.

In the past I have always managed my own properties but now I want to focus on other life priorities, I walked in to several agents and decided to go with Residenza (mr Wasim) due to few reason but mainly I liked the fact they are a family run company, to me family who can work together usually highly organised as i have seen many big business owner but with dysfunctional home life!

In terms of business dealings I normally don’t like confrontation so If I am not happy I would just quietly leave Rather then trying to fight an issue but thankfully after being with them for nearly 2 years mr Atique (and the team) have been proactive on dealing with covid19 rent disruptions (rent collection etc) so their services is worth every penny for me!

I intend to stay with them for the foreseeable future, and even contemplating possibly expending my operation with their cooperation which would’ve been difficult on my own!
Highly recommended!! 5Star services!!
