Ordered a pair of custom shoes and like the rest of reviews, they never arrived. Lost £200 and have nothing to show for it.

I can’t believe this company!!!
I still have not received my trainers from April last year!!!!!! No response to my emails, texts or phone messages !!!
Complete armatures , robbing thieves !!!!

Reading through the reviews it is obvious to me now why the custom made shoes ordered in Feb 2021 have not arrived. Unanswered emails, never answered the phone, never returned calls.

Don’t go anywhere near this company. I spent nearly £200 and have nothing to show for it.

Dodgy as anything these 2 guys are conmen at its finest.

Fake instagrams, fake name, fake shop, they make it look the part then once they have enough money they move on to the next company - Morley-trends. Anyone want any money back go to them on instagram they have it all spending it on fake YouTube videos with hire cars haaaaaaa.

If you like paying money for absolutely nothing then go here, ordered some custom shoes last February, the bloke kept saying there was a delay and has now just resorted to reading me messages and saying nothing. Scammed me off £200

Worst company ever !!!! Placed an order 23/04/21 it is now 22/12/21 and still not received order !!!!! They emailed me in May saying there was a 1-2 month delay, it has been 8 months now !!!!!

Same as most of the bad reviews on here.
Paid money for custom shoe that have never arrived, maybe an email to the local newspaper would prevent overs falling into their deception.
Unfortunately I'm to late to make a charge back so money claim then court order .

Ordered a pair of Dr. Martens back in January (2021) and I still haven’t received anything. Emails are not going through. They don’t reply on Instagram either. No refund.

Horrendous
Been 7 months since i ordered my shoes which cost £220 and not a single response or email back. You cant call them as they never pick up and when i tried to email them the 4th time round it says that the emails wont send. Dodgiest company going

Amazing customer service. The best place to buy custom trainers, i have got a few customs from restoration plug and I always get compliments on my trainers

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They’ll take your money and you’ll never see your order. Ordered back in April to not receive my goods and told be told lie after lie. Went down to the shop numerous of times to ask for a refund to be told only an admin of the company can do this then told another lie saying I’ve claimed it back from the bank. They have stopped replying to my emails and never answer the phone

Ordered in February still waiting. They are not responding to any emails now I have asked for a refund. Would not recommend to anyone disgusting service.

Do not use this store! I order trainers February 2021 under the understanding that my trainers would arrive within 8 weeks i have waited over 8 months and keep getting fobbed off with lie after lie....
They stopped responding when i asked for a refund no trainers and no refund!

Do not use these charlatans.
Robbed me of £160 in Feb 2021.
Oct 2021 still waiting no trainers no refund no communication. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN.

Excellent service!
I had my heels restored and brought back to life by them, which I absolutely love! I also had an old plain Mulberry bag that they transformed into a graffiti-style modern day bag that I love wearing all the time.
I highly recommend them!!

These guys were great, i had many questions which they were able to help me with, although there was a slight delay in my customs they kept me updated it is understandable with covid-19. The quality of the shoes were amazing, will for sure be buying from here again.

Honestly this is the place, I go in ask for what shoes I want it’s either in already or they’ll have it ready for me within days, take my shoes in to be cleaned or restored again sorted quickly and efficiently, and I’m not just saying this but I guarantee it,
