Excellent service from Restorations UK. Lewis did an initial callout and check and helped us understand the level and location of damp. Joshua and Jordan came in to wrap up furniture, take out tiling, and prepare everything for drying – all 3 were excellent – professional, friendly and explained things clearly. All the office staff have also been super quick and responsive. Great experience so far, thank you.

We sustained a major leak due to a faulty boiler component, Restorations UK were super responsive and the 24hr call out was exactly that- they were a god send, helping us get our beautiful offices back to being operational in a speedy timeframe.

I had a flood at one of the properties I manage between Christmas and New Year. Restorations UK got to site the same day armed with wet/dry vacs, dehumidifiers and fans and helped to get everything under control very quickly. They were very polite, easy to deal with and transparent with their costs. They were proactive, reattending site to check damp levels, without having to be asked, and promptly cleared their equipment when the property was dry again. They offered advice on how to dry out the property as quickly as possible and were never pushy with their recommendations. I highly recommend them and very much appreciated their help. Would definitely use their services again.

I hired Restorations alongside 2 neighbours for a very large amount of work over a couple months relating to several leaks and the follow up strip out, drying and reinstatement work.

This was a really complicated job in the end and I have to call out the professionalism and ease of which we found the team at Restorations. The CEO was on hand to complete the initial review, help us with advice and guidance and provided peace of mind and realistic scope of work. Due to the complicated nature of it being split across multiple insurers they also helped split the work to make the claims process significantly smoother. The office were always responsive and despite some hiccups along the way (nobody's fault) we wrapped up on budget and in good time in the end.

Very highly recommended. Restorations UK came out in the days before Christmas when a burst pipe caused a flood and extensive damage in our late mother's empty house. Their response time, swift action in installing drying equipment and subsequent clearance and disposal of debris were professional, efficient and effective.

Couldn’t fault our experience with restorations UK one bit! Punctual, polite, helpful and hardworking.. cleaned up our fire damaged home better then we ever expected! Even doing little extras out of kindness.. Excellent value for money! I would recommend over and over again. :)

I hired Restorations UK for a water leak detection survey and received very poor service.
I had paid £540 upfront.
Thankfully, my bank opened an investigation and eventually reclaimed my payment, so that I was not left out of pocket.

I called Swift Drying ltd part of Restoration Uk at 6pm today after a flooding in my flat. Within two hours they delivered and set up, the customer service was absolutely fantastic to top it off the lift had stopped working and the kind gentleman brought all the equipment up to the 6th floor. Thank you to Swift and Andy such a great guy. Highly recommend their services.

Restorations Uk is a professional company. They prepared a good, clear quotation, easy to follow. All the jobs were done in high standard. There were some problems and delays with painting but eventually everything was done at a high level.

Swift Drying - subsidiary of Restorations company, I'm told - were incredible! We used them on a rush job when another large supplier let us down at the last minute. Swift Drying supplied the equipment the same day, even though it was aready past lunchtime! They gave great advice on what we needed to hire and saved us hundreds of pounds suggesting we use less equipment and hire individually rather than as the usual 'package'. Also, they did not charge us extra for insurance or myriad other charges we had previously faced. Knowledgable and throughout; flexible, friendly and helpful service!
