I've ordered from Retro Stage twice…

I've ordered from Retro Stage twice now, and both times, I was very happy with the pieces I received. The first time was a lovely green velvet dress that fit like a glove and was a nice, thick fabric that definitely felt high-quality. The second time, I ordered a swimsuit and a dress for vacation, and both were lovely! The swimsuit fit as described and had nice padding in the top, and the dress was very cute and exactly as pictured. I was worried that the shipping would be slow, but both of my orders came well before the events I needed them for, and were packaged perfectly. I am definitely a fan and will be ordering again!

don't ty to return products...

Quality of the product really ok (given its comparatively low price), however return service was... a pure nightmare. first of all, company tries everything to discourage you from returning the product (e.g. discount on the product if you keep it etc) and you need to write several emails to get the info on the procedure to follow for the return. once product returned (I had the delivery proof) it took 1 month and several emails until I got reimbursed. Basically, the company only started to react when I said if they don't react I file a complaint... finally, I have my money back but they way to get there was... NOT a usual commercial behaviour on their side....

I ordered the most beautiful Strawberry…

I ordered the most beautiful Strawberry dress from Retro Stage, and found that I needed a size bigger. I contacted them about an exchange and they got back to me within 12 hours! Yomi was incredibly helpful and I was able to work everything out with her. I’m so excited because the dress is SO gorgeous and incredibly well made! Thanks Retro Stage!

Great customer service

I had placed an order in early December which never arrived.I contacted Retro and they issued a refund without issues. February 17th I reordered the dress and shoes once more, and received my items in 13 days. Great customer support.

Cardboard bikini

Beautiful pictures on the website, crap quality bikinis IRL. Feeling of cardboard padding, and buttons falling off before I even got to try the bikini. Big no.

But very friendly customer service, I will give them that. But it is of no use when the product can only be replaced with another bad product...

Very helpful customer service

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and wrote an email asking for an order modification, but the product shipped mere hours after purchase (which was impressively fast to me and a huge positive if I hadn’t needed to change it). Their customer service is very helpful and their replies are usually very quick. I had an exchange with Yomi, who was not only extremely helpful but also friendly. They were happy to send me the correct size, and the product is fairly high quality. I would happily order from Retro Stage again.

Customer service was so incredibly kind and helpful! They charge you to receive the package cheap clothes …

They charge you to receive the package and charge you to ship it back. The material is cheap crispy stretchy nylon that every cheap store uses while over charging customers for it. They won't give me a refund without a tracking number even tho it clearly shows I paid with my receipt from my card

When you contacted us about returning your items, we immediately provided our return address and clearly explained our return policy - including the requirement to provide a tracking number for all returns.

After receiving the return address on February 4th, we didn't hear back from you until February 11th when you contacted us asking about your refund. When our team asked for the tracking number as required by our policy, you were unable to provide it or any shipping receipt.

We want to be transparent about our return process. As clearly stated in our return policy at retro-stage.com/pages/returns-and-refunds, customers must provide the tracking number and shipping company for the process of the full refund.

These requirements exist so we can locate and process returns in our warehouse. Without a tracking number or shipping receipt, we have no way to verify that items were actually sent or to locate them among hundreds of daily packages.

We've always been willing to process your return - we just need you to follow the same policy that applies to all customers. This isn't about being difficult; it's about having consistent, fair procedures.

We encourage all customers to review our return policy before shipping items back and to keep their tracking information. This protects both you and us throughout the return process.

Customer service.

So I bought this beautiful red dress off of retro stage and my wife loved it. Only problem was it fit her only slightly larger than anticipated, as these things happen. When I inquired about an exchange Yomi from customer service went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were more than satisfied with getting a replacement. Would recommend 10/10

Extremely happy with everything!!!

I found Retro Stage when I was looking for swimsuits. I am 60 years old but I did not want to look like that on the beach! I took the risk and I am so glad I did! I bought 5 swimsuits and I loved every one! They are fun, comfortable, really cute and cover the the areas that you want without looking like the “old lady” swimwear
Their customer service is incredible! I purchase the wrong size and contracted them. I had an email from Yomi in Customer Service the next morning. My problem was solved without any trouble at all. I highly recommend!!! Truly!!!!

Wonderful exchange

I had ordered a flapper dress from Retro-Stage based on what I thought would fit me. Unfortunately, it was just a little bit too small around the hips by about an inch. I reached out to customer service, where I was assisted by Yami in the customer service team. They did all that they could to find a dress that better suited my size, and they were very friendly and helpful, making the exchange process a dream! I felt very supported in every step and was able to get a dress that was right for me. I love the clothing from Retro-Stage, as I am a return customer. This was my first experience with customer service, and I was not disappointed.
