Waited an entire month for the guy to cancel my order and not refund me so now I have to wait another 30 days to charge my money back.

Scam! Zero customer service. No updates and nobody ever responds. Your order is listed has having tracking but it is never provided. They take your money and never send you anything. You can enjoy waiting 30 days just to have to charge back your money.

Can't argue with the quality of the product after it had arrived 5*, but there is zero communication from the seller. Placed order and after 3 weeks had received no replies to emails, I was literally on phone to bank to do charge back on credit card. When got a email with tracking info.

If you place an order be patient the quality is worth the wait. Seller just needs to reply to queries.

I got my order (Jan 2021) in time but unfortunately the disk (Mega CD) wasn’t working. Trying to contact retrolab wasn’t easy in the beginning - in the end I tried it via Facebook and after some days the guy answered. Already a little angry I was positively surprised by how friendly and kind he tried to help me - in the end he sent me a new disk. His work is really beautiful and I do not regret my order - just his responding time could be better but in the end it didn’t bother me because he is helpful and friendly. He is not Amazon for the good and the worse - but I appreciate a unique little retroshop like this even if I have to wait some time - which is somehow retro aswell.

Edit: Spoke to the owner a few days later, he's been having some health issues and posted out my item he said he would keep an eye on his messages so hope the other reviewer gets sorted as well.

I seen Rv Bivens review the day after I ordered and it didn't fill me with much confidence. Low and behold I have heard nothing since, I have sent email with no response so contacted them on Facebook where they have read the message and ignored it, sent another one this morning but seen another review so want to add mine in the hope that no-one else gives this guy any more money.

This review is edited, it used to be highly negative as the product didn't reach me and it felt like the seller did not care / wouldn't respond to multiple reach-out attempts. However as it turned out, the guy was having medical issues. I still feel like something more should have been done during the process for paying customers but nonetheless, they did eventually arrive and everything was sorted out.

Over 2 weeks and my order was never processed. Multiple attempts to contact the company or the guy running the company were ignored. I had to end up filing a PayPal claim to get my money back. Worst experience ever!

I wanted to find a cheaper option for the CDI Zelda games and I stumbled upon this site, I was super excited but also careful for it to not be a scam, I read the reviews from here and came to a conclusion that this site was sincere so I ordered my games through PayPal and payment went smooth. I was worried as on the website the order still said “Pending”, I contacted the person who I presume runs the site himself and because of personal reasons it was a rough start, BUT all went well and they guy was super friendly and understanding, I am just a little cautious of ordering things online so I was a bit hesitant. The package came in and I’m super happy about my games! This website is great for a cheaper option to really expensive and rare games! If you want to order anything from here then go for it and if you do happen to run into the problem, then contact the guy and everything will work out! :)

The quality of these reproduction Dreamcast games are the best I've seen. Received Cannon Spike and Rival Schools today - two games I've wanted for ages but refused to pay crazy ebay prices for. From the glossy cover art and manuals to the quality disc print - the presentation is second to none. It feels like having the originals.
I must admit I panicked a bit as took a while to arrive in post (roughly 2 and a half weeks) but I suppose you can't rush an artist at his work. Or maybe it was just the Royal Mail... being the Royal Mail! Good stuff!

A 5 star experience. Great products with a great friendly service. Recommended to everyone.

Ordered a few games from this seller. Brilliant set of repos with some high quality prints. Great communication as contacted him for custom games and was happy to do it, and kept me updated the whole time. Would definitely order again.

I get all of my game boy repros from here. Great quality, love the cartridge colours and the print work looks awesome! Nice glossy manuals. Would definitely recommend.

Unlike all the reviews below my experience was terrible. I can only assume the other reviews below did not experience any payment issues, and therefore did not particularly need to communicate with the seller or the site. My first order with them had a connection problem between the website and my Paypal. My Paypal was showing the payment successful but the website was not. After several days with no updates and multiple attempts to contact the seller through the site and eventually through the email address via Paypal, I opened a query with Paypal. Only then did I get a reply from the seller, who confirmed he had got the order and was processing it. I closed the Paypal query as it looked like I would be getting my game, but then more silence. After another week or so I chased the order which was still showing in my Paypal as paid, and I never heard anything since, despite numerous emails to the seller. I have now reopened the query with Paypal again and will be looking to get my money back as I've never received the game. Communication is massively important to customers, so I won't be using this seller again. There are other people doing retro reproductions, so I will be using someone else.

The discs are the best iv seen around and the manuals are really nicely detailed and themed instead of copy pasted ariel font 😃.
Got my self some Gameboy games along side, the shells are the same as most peoples but colored nicely and better art, the boxes are on white card but very well made and glossy.

Ordered lots from this site enjoying blazing up and busting out some classic dream cast games most weekends atm! All the goods are spot on and came really quick too! Definitely worth a butcher's!

I have ordered a Cannon Spike CIB with disc, manual, and case from Retrogamelab. It was very happy with the product. First off, the game runs well. The image printed on the disc looks and feels great. I have seen some discs looking and feeling cheap, but I consider the disc from Retrogamelab one of the better quality ones I have seen. No burry images or anything.

The manual is also of great quality. The manual looks and feel good. No burry images, staples sticking out, or uneven dimensions of pages. One of the better manuals I have seen. The quality of the case is also worth mentioning. The case is also one of the better ones I have seen. No blurry images or poor sizing. Clearly Retrogamelab put in good work making the disc, manual, and case I received.

The customer service is just as good as the products. I requested a custom game they did not currently offer CIB with disc, manual, and case. Retrogamelab was happy to do the custom game for me and still charged the same price as the other CIBs they carried, even though custom games probably require more work. Retrogamelab only asked for more time making custom orders, which is very reasonable.

If you are looking for a good artisan to make disc games for you, I cannot recommend Retrogamelab enough.
