This review is partially true. We had a mix up between two items (we have 35,000 items in stock and thankfully incidents like this are very rare) and I had to very apologetically refund for one part of his order. What I got in response was one of the most offensive emails I've ever received, so the next time he ordered, I politely declined and refunded.
Sadly, if you sell for long enough ('absolute amateur' Retrogames has been selling for nearly 32 years now) you occasionally meet strange and unreasonable people. I am obviously disappointed by this spiteful slur on our reputation, but not surprised, if you saw his email, you would understand. He also waited a long time to post since this all happened, so I guess it's a grudge he's wanted to offload for some time. Well done, you have destroyed our trust pilot rating - and all because we had an item out of stock. Ugh!
