Placed order for £23.09 and was charged £28.86! I have immediately asked to cancel order or have a refund of the over charge. BEWARE!!! I am not hopeful, now I've seen the other reviews.

I’ve ordered a product & immediately asked them to cancel the order as they took double from my card than the price. They refunded the difference (not sure how unless they keep card details) & are still sending the item. I keep telling them I want a full refund & I just get a standard reply, not even relevant to my question

Bought a dress for a holiday party and it was a total hit! The velvet material felt so luxe and the fit was incredibly flattering. Arrived with plenty of time to spare.

These crew socks are so thick and comfy, perfect for keeping my feet warm inside my boots on cold days. I'm impressed they've held up so well in the wash.

Beware of this company! Awful low quality products and zero customer service. They will not refund you due to high return shipping costs. Total scam company.

WORST company EVER!! Do not buy from this company!! I ordered a pair of boots which took over a month to finally arrive and they were the wrong ones. They offered me a 10% refund or 30% gift card. It’s insulting. Their product is cheap and not well made and when they made a mistake they left their costumer super unhappy and aren’t willing to make it right. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

It misrepresents it's product. The item detail stated it was a cotton-linen blend, it turned out to be acrylic. It was sent to me from California but they insisted I return it to China where it was made. I stated the shipping exceeded the price of the item, so they said they would return 15% of my purchase price. They are not a company you want to do business with.

After several sollicits to Retrolinen informing them also about the bad reputation of their courrier HC Parcel they promised to resend the goods. I was sceptical but a few days ago I receive the parcel through another courrier. Goods were those ordered, quality of the clothing might have been better but they are ok. So for everybody who faced my situation eventually a lot of pressing on them helps. Anyway goods arrived from Soolinen.

This is not a reputable company. I bought the clothes in the photo. The photos online are nice but don't match the reality. The fabric is definitely not what's listed in the description, and then there's no label indicating the material. Basically, you're paying a lot for what it actually is. Furthermore, the dress with the colored insert is a disaster! They took a ready-made dress, ripped one side, inserted a different colored fabric, and re-sew it. The dress is unwearable! It's all crooked and has a flaw in the bust, unwatchable. The bad part is that you can't even have it unstitched and fixed because, given the poor-quality fabric, it would be visible and ruin the dress, which isn't cheap anyway, not to mention the cost of the tailor, assuming the tailor is willing to intervene. Not to mention that I wait 3 month for have it. I cannot find e find where insert the pictures so the dress is Women Champagne Asymmetrical Patchwork Print Silk Long Dress Sleeveless

I ordered a beautiful red silk dress. I got a crappy red synthetic dress that did not resemble what I ordered in any way other than it was a red dress. I would love to post photos here but there is no option to do so.

I never received a tracking number, and tried to go to the site. The person who emailed the confirmation email made a mistake and listed "mofylook.com" as the site even though I made the purchase through Retrolinen. The link to the page they provided in the confirmation email also went to this site. The site does not exist. The link went to the same message (does not exist).

Upon further digging on mofylook (the links provided on the receipt, it is a scam company. The BBB, Scam Advisor, Missed Customer, and Scam Pulse all list it as a scam company and site. I am now trying to get my money back. It has only been one day, but I am worried.

I ordered a necklace on January 1 received it on 30th Jan. I did panic a little after reading reviews on their site,but now I am happy to purchase items because the item arrived at the end of the month, so I am pleased with the result. I have to admit by buying in the USA it doubled in amount, but it's simply that our New Zealand dollar is not worth much unless we export and not import. Again, pleased with my purchase.

It’s all wrong ! This site makes an impression on people that it’s English and when you surf it you find out that it’s not. I purchased a jacket long time ago and I tracked it. It always said it’s awaiting shipping. When I contacted them and used a threatening language. They changed the status of the order to shipped. I did the same again and the status changed again to arrive at destination. Nothing happened since the last time I checked.
They are only buying themselves time in the hope that one will get bored!
IT IS A FRAUD SITE

SCAM CLOTHING WEBSITE. Completely illegitimate. Presents photos on its site that it has clearly stolen from reputable sites, takes your money, emails you a false Tracking Number, and never sends the product. If you contact them by email, they keep sending back, "Sorry, it's in process" or "Sorry, we're out of stock," or "Sorry, we shipped it but now it's lost," or "Best wishes to you and your family" bs. STAY AWAY!
