No delivery after ordered 11th Dec. No correspondence after 2 emails.
Delivered on 27th Dec.

Delivery took longer than expected. But the shirts still arrived before Xmas so no problems. Good quality products and will definitely use again to fill the holes in my collection

Ordered a shirt on 1st December and had no shirt turn up. Tried contacting multiple times with no success. It appears the owner responds on this page more to actual emails and queries on order updates.

Disappointed as now no time before Christmas to sort another gift.

Not received my order no communication sent lots of emails and messages on their contact on website. Ordered by the 14th for Christmas delivery had tracking since then no update Royal Mail not received and the worst thing no reply back at all for the whole week 😡

Placed an order on 9th December, dispatched 11th and I’m still waiting for it! Emailed them 4 times no reply. Filled contact form in twice on website no reply!
This was a Xmas present for my son. I certainly won’t be using them again if this is their xustomer service. Like others I understand the post could take a bit longer which I’m fine about it’s the pure ignorance of not responding to me and letting me know the situation. Terrible!

Never dealt with a company with such bad communication. Would strongly recommend not shopping through this website. Ordered prior to the Christmas cut off date with the promise that I would receive it in time and Royal Mail are still yet to receive it. I have emailed more than once to chase and have never had a response. Really disappointing, if i was to know i was not going to receive it in time i would not have ordered it.

Have ordered on the 11th of December. I then got a notification on the 14th saying it’s been shipped. Since then on the tracking from Royal Mail it only says ‚we are expecting your package‘.

I emailed and send a message through the website with absolutely no response.

It states on their website that all orders placed before the 14th will be delivered in time for Christmas which is clearly not the case as they haven’t even been send..

Very disappointing!

Update: Shortly after my review the team replied to my emails and the package did arrive! Again a bit disappointed about my experience but the Top I ordered is spot on.

Ordered on Dec 11 having been assured it would be 4-6 working days. Royal Mail says item despatched on Dec 13 but a week later it's still to receive it. Having read the other reviews on here I'm guessing Royal Mail will never receive it. Ordered three shirts for my son for Christmas. Have emailed asking what is going on. No response. Time to speak to bank.

Asked for confirmation that the shirts had been despatched (ordered three) and quickly got a response saying they would definitely be with me by Christmas, along with tracking reference and confirmation that all three were in the package
Then received an email about six days later, refunding a shirt that they weren't now providing. Something seemed off as they had confirmed the despatch previously. I emailed and asked why and was told that they hadn't sent them yet, thus an admission of dishonesty. The other two shirts though I was informed 'should' arrive before Christmas, despite previous guarantees.
I have requested further updates, and am yet to hear a thing. It's been absolutely dreadful

Excellent company. No delays in delivery, communication Via email was excellent. Highly recommend.

Unless you don't mind at least a month's wait on your purchases then you should consider spending your money elsewhere. This company is so shocking that I wouldn't be overly surprised if it's a teen selling from his shed! Communication is poor, service is poor, the whole customer experience is poor and even then, 'poor' isn't really an adequate enough adjective to describe it! Save yourself a miserable experience and shop someplace else.

Received item a little late but not a problem.
Only thing I have to criticise is the lack of communication, they ignore every email going so need to improve on this.
All in all very happy with the shirt.
