Very bad service

Very bad service. Wrong return-label sent and not help received. There is no one to contact and I get no response at all. Worst service ever and I have not been able to return my package after two weeks of trying to get in touch. Does not recommend at all.

What/who is Returnista? Twice now a small amount has been taken off my bank account: First time €7,61 02-02-2025; second time €7,38 23-04-2025. Why? I cannot remember giving my consent.

Not all that quick

It would be nice if the return form was linked to the original order, so that one would’ve have to look up all sorts of order details. Took me about 20 minutes in stead of 2 (as advertised b seller).
