Prompt and accurate. I would recommend that once the glossary is entered and connected to a later transcript, that the spellings be better checked.

The transcript was not accurate and although I paid for human transcription, I still needed to listen through the audio and fix multiple errors in the transcript that were not due to formatting.

It was a great webbsite.Connect your paypal and your good to go, no need to give some personel information.The problem was when i submit to work as a freelancer but when i emailed me back they said it wass going to take up to 12 weeks and the percent of becoming a freelancer depends on you.They will give you a test and when you pass it you can work forward.

Good results but is not user friendly at all for professionals who are not familiar with the video editing/file type vernacular. They could fix the UX for a normal person. Also the site cannot be used on mobile.

It was a quick turnaround and once I figured out how to share the link, it was easy to put in my Canvas modules.

there were a number of critical quotes that the transcription didn't capture, requiring me to just go back to the recording and listen, rather than utilize the file sent. disappointing.

I found Rev a year ago, wish it was ten though. As an attorney for the price, speed and accuracy, Rev is essential. It costs nothing compared to the benefit to have audio recordings transcribed and downloaded into Word, where I easily frame them into court documents. The ability to listen and make changes actually makes me acutely more aware of the content in my evidence. As a result, I am more prepared than my opponents.

I was very happy with the captions from Rev. It was a quick turn around they provided descriptions of sound effects and score, in addition to dialog. There weren't many corrections to make (2 or 3) and the editor was very easy to use.
