Excellent service

I have read a few of the 1 star reviews and there are a few complaints about customer service.
My experience was outstanding. Koi who I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and the best customer service experience I have had in months.

The lenses are excellent and just as good as what my Ray Bans were like when I first purchased them.

I will be back for more!

Incorrect replacement size lenses received twice.

I provided all the data located on my frame accurately but received replacement lenses which were too small. I returned the incorrect lenses after reverifying the frame data and including it with my lens return and received the same incorrect sized lenses. Tom Forde Order # 825245 Thanks .

very pleased. they work, they look good. be sure to identify your frames prior to ordering your lens. oakley have made a number variations to their half jackets and straight over the years.

Recommend 10/10

Fair price, pretty quick shipping to NZ and instructional video on YouTube from them made switching the lenses safe and quick. Bit like insurance, you hope not to use them - but when you do, they're great!

Lenses came on time and quickly and…

Lenses came on time and quickly and were of high quality. Had issue getting the old ones out of the stiff Rayban frames and emailed them and they were quick to reply and even offered to pay if I needed to bring them into an optometrist to assist. Once in the frames the lenses seem of high quality and comfort. Great customer service, well priced.

Useless bubbled up, can't see

I ordered the revant optics lenses for my oakleys and after about 11 months both lenses bubbled up and now I can't see through them without major distortions, like looking through water droplets. They are useless now and when I requested the warranty replace them they denied me and said they were out of warranty because I called after 12 months and then they suggested I buy a more expensive pair from them at full price and they told me they were less likely to distort because they were more expensive. That is unacceptable, the pair they sold me should have been functional but they were not after 11 months of normal and careful use. Faulty product and no refund. I'll never recommend them.

Lenses for Oakley Latch

I recently purchased lenses for my Oakley Latch sunglasses from Revantoptics.com. I needed some lighter lenses for the fall/winter months and selected the Flash Bronze Polarized lenses. I easily found the lenses I needed and was able to compare the different tints using the cool filter on the website. The purchasing experience was quick and the lenses arrived within 2 days! I was also emailed a video showing me how to remove my old lenses and install the Revant lenses. The install was easy and the lenses are perfect for winter. Thanks REVANT!

Brutal Customer Service...Canadians beware

Brutal Customer Service.... I was shipped the wrong lenses after reachIng out ( and sending photos) of my glasses to get the right ones. This issue is because I am in Canada they will not pay the return shipping. The company is happy to accept orders from Canada but when there is an issue it appears that they don’t mind burning off a Canadian customer for $10 shipping. I simply did not have the confidence that they would get it right the next time and I would be out another $10 to return the lenses. Still waiting on my refund.

REVANT PRODUCTS BELONG IN A DUMPSTER!

Went searching for a coupon online for Revant and found one....tried to use it when purchasing lenses for my Ray Ban aviators--NO GO! Told in detail about the problem with Nick@customerservice. Got an answer...."what was the code?""I don't recall having any agreement with ....." There was NO CODE! Bad phillips screwdriver and ill-fitting lenses. I can see daylight in the edge(s) of both lenses...they don't fit & the curve is all wrong. The phillips screwdriver didn't work either. ALL FAILS by Revant. No answer to my email complaint, so I'll use social media reviews to send up a flare so others won't buy Revant Garbage Products.

Revant is simply the best

Revant is simply the best, don't be fooled by the rest!
They're support is outstanding. Many other company's should take an example of Revants!

The lenses are superior, I wear my F1L alsmost every single day, can't life without them.

Poor service and no response to emails on undelivered lenses.

I ordered replacement lenses for a pair of Maui Jim sun glasses. Delivery never occurred and the carrier has not undated status. Revant Optics was emailed twice but has not responded in 16 days. Customer service has been poor.

I needed lenses and since I have…

I needed lenses and since I have several pairs of Oakley sunglasses, I took the offer from Revant of three pairs of lenses for 115.00. When I got the shipment, I only received one pair of lenses and have been charged for three. I have contacted the company via email several times, because there is no phone number and the only email response I get is not to send in multiple emails because my email will be answered. It has been 2 weeks and no response. The order form represents three were shipped but only one was included. I will never use or recommend this company!

UPDATE: Right after I posted the review, I magically got an email informing me that my other 2 sets were being sent out. Has my opinion changed, no, customer service is definitely lacking but I do have to give them credit for atleast following through...
