I have been to Floirac, Martel, Betaille and Gramat (all 46), none of the chargers work. I have absolutely no idea how these chargers were financer, but whether it was public or private money it was a complete waste.
Most charging stations do not work via reveo app but require badge. Badge cannot be aquired (not available). Some stations have no power for weeks, and help is only available per telephone, very bad english spoken and no assistance or information are provided. When you manage to charge, built in cable never works, only own cable. Reveo has the monopoly in many villages and is a disaster.
I was billed for 2 simultaneous charges, one for 19 minutes (the actual charge), and another for almost 9 hours that I was not there. I only have one car. I called customer service, pressed option 1 for English, but they had no English speakers. Nothing was done about the bad charge but my badge seems to have been deactivated as it no longer works. Poor hardware, worse service.
