Rip off merchants!
Avoid this company at all costs!

Their sizing is not true to size. It’s completely tiny!
T shirt was way too small even though I went up a size just to be “sure”!

It took ages to arrive too and I then also had to pay duty too!

They don’t answer emails, and when you call the telephone no provided it goes to voicemail and they do not follow up!

Very poor quality in all ways!

Avoid. Not worth the hassle or bother.

Bought a Scott Pilgrim 'Plumtree' tshirt, it's a cheap thin shirt, which I half expected, but the print isn't even centred and is quite considerably off to the right.

Total waste of money.

I ordered a Christmas jumper for my son on 10 Nov. I asked some questions about sizing and washing in the original order. I did not receive any answers, so just hoped the size would be ok and washing instructions would be included. The Jumper is well made and fitted well and my son wore it for the school Christmas Jumper day. However, I then washed it on a 40 degree wash and dried it in the airing cupboard. Unfortunately the jumper shrunk considerably and my son was unable to wear it on Christmas day as planned. I contacted the company by email on 20th and 26th December and again on 6th January. I also tried phoning several times and managed to leave 2 messages. I have not received any response to either emails or phone calls. I was was looking for an exchange for a bigger size to allow for shrinkage or alternatively and preferably a refund.
The company has a returns policy which I have read and my complaint complies with their terms - I tried to contact them before 30 days and the garment is faulty because it shrank and there was no washing instruction to avoid this happening.

So, whilst we were initially happy with the order, my opinion of the company and its customer service has plummeted and I am pretty unimpressed by their lack of communication in any way. I feel like I have been ripped off!
