Company complained before comments were on site??
I placed 2 comments against a certain double glazing company and neither of them were ever shown so I emailed Reviewcentre to ask why my comments weren't accepted as they weren't nasty in there content. I was shocked at their response .... they said this Double Glazing company thought I wasn't a real customer and that they wanted proof. My BIG question is ....... how did the company read my comments when they were NEVER put on on the site in the first place ...
Not very User Friendly
It isn't very clear how to navigate to the 'write a review' page. It takes me ages messing about to find it.
I object to having to join Facebook if I wish to reply to someone else's review.
I do NOT wish to join Facebook and shall not be doing so.
Better than Trust Pilot
I posted a review on Trust Pilot my review was removed pending proof that I had used the company including invoices. The irony is that if I had made a positive review of the company in question I would not have had to provide any information. The company in question is payment sense and if you like you can try it out for yourself!!!
Not very reliable at all, its all one sided, they are not a true review site and must be getting something from these businesses to ensure that they have high ratings.
not bothered about fake reviews
I tried to tell RC about fake reviews being posted by employees of Safestyle UK as I was asked by their manager's to do this myself when I worked there. They don't seem bothered by it and SS continue to post blatantly fake reviews to bury the hundreds they had before they started to manipulate the system
Review Centre cannot be trusted!
I echo the feelings of many other reviewers. I left a negative review for Yale and Review Centre have twice removed it saying it needed verification. The first verification was 3 years ago in 2011 but now they have "temporarily removed it" a second time saying needs to be verified again! I believe that Review Centre cannot be trusted and either they, or the businesses they apparently represent, use the verification excuse hoping that people have changed email addresses, lost interest or just cannot be bothered to jump through the hoops to get their review re-instated.
It is a shame that a site that it meant to represent the consumer falsely represents the views of the customers through this manner.
I would welcome Review Centre to comment on what proportion of POSITIVE reviews they temporarily suspend pending verification!!
The Review Centre FACT or FICTION WHO ARE THEY ????
I write this today as a disgruntled business that has lost business through reviews on the review centre .com. The reviews are left anonymously with Adverts from other companies displayed to the right (who obviously are members). When talking to their one member of staff and requesting the identity of these people to pursue the truth or issue legal proceedings they decline to be of any help. The site is obviously geared to make money at someone else's expense. I then started to take a closer look at the company, and to my amazement the records at companies house will knock you over, The directors have more companies than I've had hot dinners and their list of business ventures with millions in debt and dissolved companies makes good reading, I then searched the good old google internet a bit more and found I wasn't on my own with Newspaper articles, watchdog and also people that had made purchases after reading 5 star reviews and then getting a no-star service and sometimes losing their money altogether. The ReviewCentre.com is no more than a clever marketing site that needs bad news to make profit OR NOT if you read their accounts at companies house. Maybe its time for someone to to review the review centre with a reviewcentrereview.com being created.
terrible communication
I totally agree with the bad, one star reviews listed here. Very poor communication. It comes to something when you have to review a review site. POOR. The car company I was dealing with by the way was. Chrome Cars of Macclesfield. Awful people to deal with. UPDATE. They sold me the car with a blown cylinder head gasket.
thank you reviewcentre!
We can't see our company raitings on google seller raiting. Thank you reviewcentre!

Can't really trust the reviews
I recently wrote a negative review of a company, this review contained nothing that could be considered inflammatory, no personal attacks, and was simply my experience. I was contacted by Review Center who had taken down the the review because the company complained and Review Center wanted me to send in supporting evidence to back up my story.
I am really disappointed, I used Review Center to make a judgment on the company I reviewed, and now I feel I have been duped. If negative responses are taken down because a company doesn't like them, how can you trust the reviews. How many negative reviews of the company I used had been taken down?
I don't think I could ever really trust any review written on Review Center again.

DISCRIMINATING, SPONSORED BY BUSINESSES, FAKE, DODGY
Discriminating
I have bought car from garage KCS of Surrey what I realized later, cowboys. After 160miles my car broke down and was un-drivable. Garage left me with the problem and washed hand from the issue. Car cost 14k repair cost 2.2k.
I left review on ReviewCentre, of course negative, there was about 12-15 negative reviews and about 20 positive at the time I have posted one. I started to watch garage reviews and if someone would not spot that 95% of the positive feedbacks are written by the same person, is just an IDIOT!
However after few weeks I spotted that all negative reviews has gone; I have received email from RC that I need to confirm my personality be sending copy of ID! That was not enough I had to the sent copy of car purchase invoice and copy of bills of repairs. Then my feedback was shown back on.
It took quite few weeks until it happened.
Imagine now that most of the people were too afraid to give them personal and CONFIDENTIAL data so they did not take a risk. Specially that on the end of every single email was signature: REVIECENTRE MEMBER no names = no responsibility = legal? Would not say so!!!
When I contacted RC what happened with all other feedbacks they said that they were reported by the garage as fake ones.
So I did exactly the same. Why? As quite few feedbacks are done on the same day, for such small garage I would not believe in it. Also style of review is the same, easily you can say that is done by the same person.
Reported all positive feedbacks and none of them were removed. Even these ones that were posted the same day and is not 2 but 3 feedbacks then few days after the same day 2 more feedbacks and again few days later again 3 more. There are also few days that you have 2x feedbacks.
I have contacted them=RC so many times and they always were saying that they are working on it.
4 months now and no action taken.
DO NOT TRUST REVIEWCENTRE AS THEY ARE SPONSORED BY BUISESSES AND THEY PLAY DODGY GAMES.

They delete bad reviews
I have left a few reviews on their site, all 100% honest and days later they have been removed. Even after Id backup my opinion they still wouldn't restore them.
Outdated and Biased
As a review site it would be nice if their policies regarding posts were consistently applied but it would appear that they are very selective about whose reviews they allow and whose they suppress, allowing unfair and defamatory reviews to be posted by anyone with a grudge as well as self posted glowing reviews obviously posted by the business owners , the review centre now totally lacks any real credibility and those seeking truthful unbiased reviews should go elsewhere as this site is of little or no use. Totally pointless website there only to line its own pockets.Having noted the condescending replies it makes on trustpilot it appears to be spending more time on this site than its own dealing with a mountain of complaints, oh dear...
Removing bad reviews makes your website a joke
I have been a member of Reviewcentre.com for a number of years, and rarely do I find service so good or bad that I post reviews. I had terrible dealings with one company called New-Car-Discount.com, that sell many pre-registered cars. How can you be selling new cars if they are second hand. Anyway, I posted a negative review and the company themselves emailed me directly threatening legal action unless I removed the review. I stood by all my comments - very many of them - but took on board the gripes they raised and I edited my review. NCD.com then threatened reviewcentre.com and they removed my edited review. When I complained about this (and most people won't!!) they asked me to back up the claims, which I did. We came to an agreed, edited review which was not unlike the original, and it went back on. This took a matter of weeks to complete. NCD.com then complained AGAIN and reviewcentre.com removed my review again - the edited agreed review. I have complained again and they say they are in the process of restoring the review, which for some reason takes an age to do; I have written to them again today to complain about this and the fact that there were 10 reviews posted just after mine which relegated my review out of the top 10. All the new reviews were incredible, I started to doubt I had bought from the same people. Then you look at the people reviewing, all joining reviewcentre.com and posting glowing reviews about NCD.com and then never using the site again. I have asked if this practice is looked into, because it seems clear to me the company themselves are likely posting these reviews, and threatening anyone who dares post a negative review. I do hope reviewcentre get round to posting my review again, but it doesn't get round the fact that no one can post a negative review and it stand if the company complains. And anyone can post 5 star reviews and they are not vetted in any way. That is the joke.
Refusal to post bad reviews
This sight is a waste of time, I have posted 2 reviews regarding a company which is poorly ran and one got took off asking to provide evidence WHICH I DID, after emailing over the evidence I haven't heard anything for over 2 weeks and I have sent numerous emails asking why, when I wrote a new review based on FACTUAL evidence the review centre didn't even post it and didn't email me or reply to emails on regards to why. Its obvious the company your writing a review about is going to complain but if evidence is presented it should be posted and then it's down to the company to argue it! JOKE!

They don't send and keep a review removed even after evidence has been provided
I posted a review on Review Centre which the company I reviewed requested be removed. Review Centre contacted me and asked me to provide my name and address to prove I was a customer which I did straight away. The next day they contacted me again requesting further information (which I don't know why they didn't ask at the same time as their previous email). I couldn't provide concrete evidence as most of the conduct with the company was over the telephone so I provided my telephone records to show how much contact I had had to have with the company in question. It is now 48 hours later and despite chasing them advising I had been threatened with legal action by the company in question, they have still not responded and my review is still not on the website.
Whilst I understand that Review Centre do have to verify your custom, I unsure why they feel they have to go to these lengths to investigate especially when a review is not illegal and I have checked with my lawyer to make sure the content is fair and reasonable.

Full of `spam` reviews.
You don't need proof of purchase to write a review on that site & it's used by many traders to spam their own reviews.
It's become a joke really & actually hinders potential purchasers because they remove negative reviews if a trader asks, so buyers are unaware of serious issues.
I also rated procamerashop with a 1* review, but they had it deleted!

Review Centre is my first port of call when assessing a product or company
I regularly use review centre and have found them absolutely first class in every way. I simply cannot believe some of the negative stuff written about them and feel there must be a degree of fabrication in these comments.
Well done review centre and long may you continue your unbiased approach

Do not trust the reviews on Review Centre
I purchased a washing machine from Jade Technology, which supposedly had a 5 star review from Review centre. The company shortly went "bust" and consumers posted various honest posts on Review Centre about Jade Tech. These reviews were removed and then I read the positive reviews - they all sounded the same as if they were written by the same person. I complained to Review Centre, they actually changed my review of Review Centre, so that it looks positive! Its completely fabricated. I would urge people not to trust what has been written on Review Centre

Don't trust review centre
I have been trying to warn people on review centre about a company called North West Design and Build Ltd Lowton. I don't want people falling prey to these cowboy builders but review centre won't add my negative review they have set up the company name on their site when I tried to review it as I was the first so I can only assume they are waiting for the positive reviews and not interested in the negative reviews. Surely is to do with money and they are waiting to advertise good reviews for this company, even though this company was named a different name months previous on review centre with terrible reviews. This won't prevent genuine customers being ripped off by cowboy builders. Shame on you review centre!!!!
