Absolutely Magnificent
Revival Beds have been very patient and understanding as I have had my bed on order for over 12months due to Covid many delays all on my behalf.
“The County Kerry” Four Poster is magnificent.
I cannot thank you enough, delivery perfect, I was kept up to date with everything, nothing was too much trouble from start to finish.
Thank you Revival Beds, truly beautiful workmanship.
I totally recommend this company, you can not have any regrets.

Absolutely awful customer experience
Absolutely awful customer experience. All the colour came off the bed and they didn't want to know. Cost nearly £2000.
AVOID.

This is in response to comments from…
This is in response to comments from Revival Beds to my feedback below -
Unsurprisingly Revival Beds continues not only to mislead me but now also other customers on this forum - by giving bits and pieces of information “selectively” and without giving the full story.
I am however glad that they have responded as it gives me the opportunity to further clarify and elaborate on some of their points raised:
The “replacement of slats and centre bar as a so called goodwill gesture” was because the bed squeaked (contrary to Revival beds “guarantee” of the bed being “noise-free”). Whilst on the topic of the quality of the bed, just to also mention the handles have broken 5 or 6 times. That too for 2 of the 4 storage boxes of the bed which are most in use - if we regularly used the other two storage boxes then it is more than likely that even more handles would have broken. Revival Beds reply at the time on questioning the quality of the bed was - “we’ve sent you out replacement handles”
Revival Beds continues to refer to bed dimensions being “correct” and built to accommodate “industry standard” mattress sizes WITHOUT GIVING ANY ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS at all to me of my particular bed - despite my repeated requests. The bed frame SHOULD be bigger than the mattress so probably 203-204 cm to fit in a 200cm “standard” superking sized mattress and to allow for settlement. It is common sense that the frame should be larger than the mattress and has also been confirmed to me by a senior industry associate - one of the associations mentioned by me earlier to which Revival Beds doesn’t take membership.
As my supplied bed frame is 196cm long it DOES NOT sit FLAT on the bed frame. It squashes in between the headboard and footboard and rises at a slope towards the headboard - the reason for our neck and back pain.
My bed frame’s actual length is 212cm so is 6 cm short!
It is ridiculous Revival Beds makes a reference to the FIRA report being incorrect - again to mislead customers. The inspection by FIRA was carried out on my request by the mattress manufacturer VI-SPRING. Vi-SPRING is probably the most reputable mattress manufacturer in the business. They were really checking the MATTRESS for faults (which Revival Beds had also suggested). The first report found no fault with THE MATTRESS (and not the BED as it hadn’t been measured as suggested by Revival Beds). I asked them to return to inspect again not only to check the mattress but also to confirm the measurements of the BED FRAME.
FIRA this time measured up the bed frame and confirmed it was SHORT and OF THE WRONG SIZE (the report is comprehensive with full photos showing the tape measures against the bed). FIRA has confirmed because the mattress has been put on an INCORRECT/FAULTY BASE it is indeed settling unevenly - there is no space to settle lengthwise and therefore is settling more width-wise: as it is not bound by a headboard/footboard width-wise. The ViSPRING retailer also said ViSpring are EXTREMELY particular about faults with their mattresses and will rectify any issues immediately. However in this case the mattress is fine and the base is INCORRECT so there is no action for them to take. I also stand to lose the warranty on the mattress as it has been placed on a FAULTY BASE. ViSpring have already without fuss arranged for FIRA inspectors to appraise the mattress/bed twice and have even changed the mattress to a different tension one. They are a high quality organisation very concerned about the products they sell to their consumers!
I am also glad Revival Beds makes reference to the associations and “standards” it claims it adheres to as it gives me an opportunity to clarify this as well. I had spoken at length to a senior representative from one of the associations they are members of- he said regrettably their hands are tied and they can’t do much to enforce except email Revival Beds about my case. Revival Beds makes no reference to receiving an email from them. So much so for the “standards” they claim to follow.
The furniture Ombudsman is the real independent authority for furniture disputes but Revival Beds intentionally doesn’t subscribe evidently to avoid being under its jurisdiction.
Nothing in my review has been exaggerated. I really feel consumers should know the truth behind how this company operates - about the quality as well as the so called 10-year warranty which they claim to give. I gave the opportunity to Revival Beds to set things right for such an obvious defect- their lack of action shows the true quality of their organisation
BEWARE
On two occasions I had very good…
On two occasions I had very good experience with Revival Beds (three bedframes, mattress). Good communication when ordering, they made all things as we ordered and expected. The items were delivered to rural Scotland on time by great delivery team who assembled the beds in designated rooms leaving the premises spotless.

Amazing beds and furniture! Fantastic customer service!
I just want to thank revival beds for my amazing bed! Fantastic customer service throughout. I would 100% recommend this company it's the best bed I have had. I have had my bed a while now with no problems and recently contacted the company for more bedroom furniture. I am over the moon with my purchases. If you do decide to order you will not be disappointed. Great quality products.

Absolute joke of a company we have been…
Absolute joke of a company we have been having issues with colour fading on a sleigh bed since it was purchased 2 years ago, there answer is to send you a touch up kit! When we pursued this saying we weren't happy they came and took the bed away to refinish it- the bed came back about a month ago and low and behold already the colour has faded , there answer yet again is we'll send a touch up kit. Apparently you will be ok with there beds as long as you don't touch the headboard🤷♂️ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY there customer service is non existent.

In love with our Bedroom Furniture!
While Covid19 put a delay on our delivery (due to be delivered 2 days after Lockdown started!) Revival Beds kept in regular contact, provided updates and kept their promises. We ordered a super kingsize Monaco Sleigh Bed; 7 drawer Long Chest; and 2 Bedside Tables – the build quality and craftsmanship is truly superb – the Sleigh bed is nothing short of a thing of beauty!
The delivery men worked very quickly, were extremely courteous and helpful.
Would we recommend Revival Beds? Completely and without hesitation!

Nightmare customer service!
Nightmare customer service!
We have bought 2 beds and matching furniture but the colour rubs off and looks unsightly after a few months. Also wood is cheap pine. Not worth half the price we paid. They said its a fault as this hasn't happened before but there are other complaints on here about the same problem so they are dishonest.
Comes with a 10 year guarantee which is not worth the paper it's written on as they refuse to refund and will only re-coat it so presumably the colour will rub off again. They only give you one date a month to collect (as it has to be when they plan to be in the area) and god only knows how long itll take to get it back. DO NOT BUY from this company!!! Wouldnt be surprised if they go bust very soon.
Update 20/7/2020 still not resolved and no contact from company about repairing the bed. They say its due to Covid yet they are continuing to deliver new beds to new customers.
Update 21/9/20 furniture has now finally been collected, re-coloured and delivered back to us. No apology or reason for fault given.
Pretty sure the same thing will happen.
Update 10/11/20
The colour has all faded back to previous condition within a month. Yet again Rvival beds have offered to send out a colour touch up kit but say their 10 year guarantee does not cover the stain work. Perhaps its just us that expect the staining on furniture should not all come off in the first year 🤷♂️
Disgraceful attitude!

Overpriced bed not built for lifetime as sold bad customer service to
Ordered Orleans 4 poster bed absolutely stunning bed. Looks great dressed and this was my second bed ordered through this company along with other bedroom furniture Always been very happy. Until there is a problem. So during a house move a small part of bed had come off. Which I managed to keep it just needs a professional to repair. So contacted revival who asked for image ( one unclear image ) Then receive response back saying it couldn’t be repaired And they would be happy to quote me for new bed . ( I could glue this myself but with the bed costing nearly £2000 I wanted someone to do it properly ) so I responded with the fact the piece is in tact and could be repaired they didn’t even ask for more images just said they could give me quote for a new bed. Implying to throw a perfectly good bed away which cost like I say nearly 2k. So I responded again. To receive another message stating we will be happy to give you quote on new bed. They weren’t interested in repairing even though they state Beds last a lifetime they do if aftercare exists. So disappointed as wanted to switch all beds in house eventually to revival beds but knowing how they just wanted me to pay for a new bed. Didn’t Even ask for more images and dismissed helping repair the bed. I would not recommend and they are clearly about the money not quality of beds as they insist. Been a loyal fan of revival until now. You don’t spend that much money on a bed to be told it can’t be repaired come and buy a new one. This bed was amazing as well. But now left with a bed that needs repairing and being told to throw it away and buy a new one. Shocking service. Definitely shop around before you buy one here. As very costly for no aftercare. I even offered to drop panel in so they could repair it wasn’t bothered about cost of repair. I offered even if was wrong shade I could paint ( as they said shade was discontinued ) I didn’t care of colour just wanted help. They refused I just wanted it perfect and was told no. This bed is still sold so they still make it. so they could have made new panel and charged me For it which is what I offered ( even in wrong shade ) but they still wanted not to help and to tell me to buy new bed where as A good company would have replaced panel and charged me. It’s the tiniest repair which glue would fix it shame they couldn’t help. Be aware the 10 year guarantee clearly doesn’t exist. As mines still in that time. False advertising Still 3 years left of guarantee they sell. Avoid this company. A panel needed glue and they refused wanted 2k for a new bed. After me offering dropping item and paying for repair. And happy with different colour. You decide if this is correct customer service I went above and beyond they didn’t if bed wasn’t made anymore I would understand. But it is. They could Have replaced panel and charged me which would have been a solution. But they didn’t want solution they wanted more money . Would not recommend this company

Very, very disappointing.
The Revival Beds furniture I ordered is absolutely beautiful, but you would think that after forking out £3000 on a bed, matching bedside tables and a chest, that they would have some idea how to stain them.
Unfortunately not. The colour is coming out of the wood on every surface that gets any use. Even the headboard of the bed is now ruined, simply from having pillows against it. For this amount of money, you would expect that their craftsmen might have some idea of what they were doing.
