Ordered a valve body for my 66RFE transmission. Recieved a fairly quick initial response from them with the invoice stating the ship date would be about a week later which isnt bad. However, that date came and went with no progress, its now been almost 3 weeks after placing the order for this critical part and still nothing from them. The customer service doesnt seem to care and IF i can even get ahold of them they tell me they are experiencing delays in their production. Theyve told me a couple dates that its expected to ship and it still hasnt. Absolutely dont use this company, especially if your depending on the part in order to drive your vehicle again. I will not be returning to them in the future nor recommending them to anyone.

I cant even begin to express the disgust and disappointment I have with revmax. I have zero confidence in this company and am amazed they are still in business. I ordered a valve body from them and installed it in my truck. I took the truck for a test drive, and no longer had second gear. I pulled it out, and reinstalled my old valve body, restoring second gear. I sent it in to be tested. They confirmed it to be bad and over the course of several months, built me another valve body. I installed that valve body, took it around the block, and no longer had second gear. I pulled that out and put my old valve body back in, restoring second gear. I sent the second valve body in to be tested, and they confirmed it to be bad. They wanted to build me a third one, but I said I wanted a refund. I have no confidence in this company. For as much as they tout on quality and being leaders in the industry, I would expect them to not have a single bad valve body go out, let alone two in a row to the same customer, with the same problem. I do not believe they test the valve bodies or any of their products, before sending them out. Do not trust this company. I have lost thousands of dollars in installation costs, transmission fluid, and time; and after initiating a refund over two months ago, have not seen a single penny back from the original purchase a year and a half ago. Save yourself time, money, and from a major headache, and go with a company that actually knows what they are doing and actually cares about what they are sending out their door. If they actually tested their products before shipping them, I would not be in the the position I am in. Go with an actual competent company.
